I searched your videos for login on ivms software (which you said takes 2 min) when you want to connect from outside the city but I couldn't find the video. Another thing in your video you NEVER mentioned about connecting to a laptop outside the city (without STATIC IP) but in the comments you mentioned that STATIC IP is required

Actually i forgot password for viewing camera when i am out side network how to reset the password ? No option to reset password . And you mentioned you already did a video to create login for outside view .coukd you please post here the link

bhai, her 5 min k baad iss application mein stream stop hojata hai, aur her 5 min mein wapas se active karna padta hai... hamensha stream on rahe, iske liye kaunsa setting karna padega, please help.

when i select the hik connect online then the cameras stop working after 5 minutes. I have changed the settings from the hvr to never but still they close after 5 minutes. You guidance would be appreciated.

how to dowload long term footage from laptop using local network wala setting? i am trying to do so ivms 4200 but getting error, sometimes error code is playctrl.dll and sometimes if shows not enough storage, although i have 30gb free space on disk and the footage size which i selected is only 11gb large, also guide on how can i change the download location footages bcoz i want it to be download in D drive but its downloading by deault in C drive. please help me
