Basic concept is the same. Details would be different as I didn't prepare from that book. As far as foreign authors' books are concerned, they haven't been written as per our fpsc syllabus so you'll find majority of the topics in those but not all. So, whatever the source, you can understand the concept here and read from wherever you like it the most.
