It’s so strange hearing and seeing someone so talented talk about their paintings this way. They turned out so beautiful especially the tree trunk! And I love love love listening to your voice talk about anything! These videos have such a calming aspect to them that I’ve started rewatching to calm my self down when I’m anxious. You’re lovely and so are your videos thank you for existing!
You apologise for, "rambling" but your explanations are one of the reasons I like you videos. You express yourself as you work and it helps to know what you are thinking.
Ah. I'm glad it comes across that way! I'm a bit obsessive about organisation and quite perfectionist, so being rambly and less structured makes me a bit anxious sometimes, but I think it's also helping me loosen up a bit. :) Thank you for the lovely words ^^
I love seeing everyones different methods of applying gouache! Some people use it like watercolors, some apply it thick. Or a combination of the two (the magic of gouaaaache!). Your work is lovely and this series is beautiful!
This video caught my eye. You make beautiful landscapes. I love painting in watercolor though I am still learning a lot. I'm sure I will learn from you. So big thanks for sharing your skills, I couldn't not subscribe.
I like your attitude of "I don't think I'm good at this, so I'm going to do a whole study of it!" Really great way to take it on and ultimately get good at that thing! Though, you actually ARE very good at landscapes/tree studies. Also that tree stump turned out super rad. Stoked you commented on my channel so that I could come find your channel and sub/watch your vids! Beautiful work :D
Well, thank you very much for your lovely words and your support! It means a lot that you came round and check out my stuff too, I meant what I said about you and your work ^^
Oh and I tried to reply to your reply on your channel but it won't let me, for some reason so here's a paste : You deserve the lovely comments, you truly seem like a very genuine and lovely human :) And a catch 22 it is indeed, I feel like that is often the way life works. You deserve wonderful things, and I'm sure they are coming your way xx
Just wanted to show some appreciation for your wonderful work! I'm just starting to paint with gouache myself and it is very helpful to see how you render your light and shadows. Subscribed :)
This is the first video I watched from you and you are soooooooo adorable >//< I'm not really a fan of voice-over vids but yours are very enjoyable :))) Your landscape paintings are all amazing, keep up and love u
