I think she has the professional photographer take all her reference photos. They all appear of similar quality and lighting. That's a wonderful advantage to have, as most clients give you horrible reference photos.

Beautiful painting, great job! I would've changed the color of the bow to green or blue, to make it a nicer contrast. And the background to a grayer, darker color to make her pop more. But that's just me.
