If you follow the process regularly then will not face any problem dear friend. Room cleaning SOP is mandatory to follow each room attendant. If you clean a room thoroughly everyday then in your busy time you can clean your room quickly and easily.

Actually there are thousands of people who are 40+ but still they donot have proper jobs. They want to do something but donot know what to do. They lack skill. If they get training they will be able to do something productive. You should organize workshops or training for them as well.
