Today in this video i 'am going to cook momo without adding any MSG.this momo is very popular in my home town Darjeeling and Nepal as well.When ever you visit Darjeeling you can see there each and every restaurant they have momos in there menus even small stall near by roadside.so mostly in Darjeeling we can have a momos with bowl of hot soup on side.Momos you can cook many different type vegetarian,non vegetarian even you can make tandoori momos.

i cant make the soup on bottom because of the flour residue that is left when i cook momo. its bit un appetizing to look and eat the remaining stock/water. how do you solve that? yours look nice tho.

many people think momo is Nepalese food, it's not Nepalese food at all. momo is Tibetan traditional food, of course it's influence of eastern Asian. but momo is different and special from Tibet,
also momo is Tibetan name..

Darjeeling momo we won’t cook momo stuffing and and we didn’t add any masalas in any types of momo veg or non-veg
