I used to watch this show when i was 13 or 14 and i was completly fascinated, now im 27 and rewatch this make me happy and full of joy, my memory come back to that Wonderful time of my life when i tried to make these recepies at home and my mother scoled me. Well, im italian and the food is an important part of our culture and quotidianity but It was thanks to Jamie if i falling in love with food, the way he talks about food the respect for ingredients, nature and people, his british style has a big influence on me. I dont know if you will ever read this comment but i want to thanks you Jamie, this my favourite show without a doubt
This is the first cooking show I've ever seen ; these pork noodles are the first dish I ever made on my own. It was delicious and boom, I was hooked on cooking.. and hooked on Jamie
Rhubarb is my fav. Every year I cannot wait for it to come into season and I quite jealous of England's Rhubarb Triangle. I like it cooked with my proteins, as dessert, whatever. I do a really simple tart with puff pastry with a little brown sugar, flour, and cardamon over top, then thinly sliced rhubarb, then a small amount of turbinado. Pop in the oven for 12-15 min and Presto! A delicious tart with no work at all. Serve with ice cream, yogurt, or creme fraiche, if you need more than the wonderful fruit. I love everything in this video!
Jamie I love your shows. I have been watching you since the naked chef. I lived in uk for two years and always love your cooking and ideas and have quite a few of you products
I have to agree with the yoghurt-honey thing, I made this for my snack - greek yoghurt with a little honey on top and a bit of choco powder, it was a little cold and tasted so good!🙂 When I watch this video, I need to try something with rhubarb too. 🙂
My husband's favorite pie is a strawberry rhubarb custard, beyond that im at a loss as to what to do with it. The opening sequence on this series is absolutely beautiful BTW. Inspires me to get right out to my own garden.❤
NothIng tastes like rhubarb, its unique. My mother made rhubarb crisp back in the fifties when I was a kid, crunchy buttery topping, delicious. Too much butter for me these days but I make a mean rhubarb pie, it and pumpkin are my favorites. I grow it too though it never gets as thick stalks as the store bought ones. So exciting to see those leaves emerging in March!

I grew up up with rhubarb and we used to eat them like celery just just with sugar. I like the way used it in a recipe

Did you just put the sauce from the raw meat onto those noodles 🧐🙀
it had been in the oven for 90 minutes at 350F before he fried up the pork, I think it should be fine
