I have battled for 2 days trying to figure out my tx6i. No matter what I do the elevators won't move on any of my planes. I will go through it now with the help of this video, and I'm confident this will work! Great video
Good vid, I might get one of these as a backup. Bind failure (if like spektrum) is probably due to short distance between tx/rx - a couple of metres minimum works best - the receivers seem to get swamped by the signal.
Hi there ! Thanks for the video - very informative. Can you tell me how to bind storm 603 and 703 receivers to the tx10i please ? I can't get any light on the receivers when plugged in to an esc power lead. This esc is bound and works perfectly to my orange receiver.
I've not used those here and a quick search shows them to be DSM2 protocol. I'd make sure that the radio is set to that before you bind (if there is an option). Best of luck

Lol... Just figured it out. Now i just feel so dumb... hahahahahahahaha. The servo is on oposite position, so naturally as one goes up, the other goes down, you just have to shunt them. Thanks again, great videos.
Because we can save so much money and time with having a receiver for each plane I messed around with a Redcon from BG. I do believe the nosedive was a cutout. Have you ever tested Redcon?
Failsafe is set when the receiver is bound. It worst just make sure the throttle is shut but it is better to hold a little up elevator and a little left or right rudder as well as a closed throttle as you bind.
Thanks for the help, any though on doing something to show how to get flaperons set up with this radio? I’ve been playing with it for awhile now but no luck getting both ailerons to function as flaps.
@@Painless360 yes please for flaperons and differential thrust (I have recently got the HK Lancaster Bomber V3 which needs differential thrust so I will need to upgrade to the TX10i, so a tutorial on those 2 would be very handy, thanks

I've had guys tell me they would never trust the orange radio, but I've used one for years with no problem at all. I have the original model.
I've had the original Orange T6 for several years. It's "stone axe" reliable, has never failed or glitched.

The sport Cub S2 has three settings for beg/inter/advanced flight modes. Has anyone had luck binding these functions on this transmitter? Thanks.
I'm working on yhe same issue with the tx10i version. Flaps work but not modes.

Id like to see High Med and Low setting on this. On mine, the 10ch one, it shows Normal Sport 1 and Sport 2. I'm sure thats not right :)

Can you reverse switches? If you can, just reverse the throttle cut switch.

I notice the channel layout on the receiver is TAER. You said the transmitter layout is AETR, I’m curious how does that work?

Is it possible to change the firmware of the EU/UK version to the international version?
From what I've discovered, it appears that the older radios are fine but newer radios appear to be locked to the EU region and firmware..

How's the range in that radio?
Very much depends on the area that you're in but you should expect a maximum range of around one the half kilometres..
