We’re featuring every Nancy & Lee duet from 1966-1976 in the order they were recorded. The third recorded Nancy & Lee duet was “Jackson.”
“Jackson” was originally recorded in Nashville for Nancy’s Country, My Way and later included on Nancy & Lee’s 1968 album of duets. It can also be found on the 2021 compilation, Start Walkin’ 1965-1976 released by Light In The Attic Records.
“Jackson” was released as the B-side of the “You Only Live Twice” single and became the duos second duet chart hit when, once again, radio DJs flipped the record and started playing “Jackson” too!
