I was watching a "million Dollar home" video yesterday.. the homes were obscenely huge and ostentatious.. This home however shows such beautiful, elegant taste, what a place to live.. America could learn a thing or two about real beautiful homes, not about "the bigger the better" but pure beauty.... and the items here, so beautiful.. all very inspirational

Every nook and corner is filled with elegant, good taste. True to its French country roots, albeit updated for creature comfort. Certainly one of the best I have seen.

Although the decor is magnificent, apart from a few pieces of French furniture, there is nothing typically French about this decor and the arrangement of the furniture. Being French I know.

@@lysmykyta1199 ....a lot times, the white or off white are slipcovers, easily bleached and washable. If they don't have children, or the like, then it's a choice they make, to have white, if that's " real life " for them. My comment referred to the OVERALL FEEL of this home, ....I had children, had a cream coloured sofa, it was protected with FiberSeal, and zippered cushions were easily washable .

This home is stunning to look at. It’s perfection, however, it just looks like a showcase and not livable. I want to live in my home and not be afraid to put my feet up or spill anything. Can you imagine having children or animals in that house? It’s way to perfect to to live in (for me) and is strictly eye candy. But, to each his own. With that said, it’s decorated beautifully and the furniture is gorgeous. Pure perfection.

I like the symmetry you created by using two of the same accessory to frame and create mirror images. The application works consistently throughput the house balancing the decor beautifully. I'll incorporate that in my home.
I also enjoy the groupings created in each room adding small surprises everywhere. The scale of furniture works nicely, using smaller tables, pedestals, and accessories to unify each room. This house is lovely, you've done a marvelous job in decorating and making each room flow into the next. Beautiful perfection! I've flagged this video to enjoy over and over.
