Years ago I became aware of Charles Faudree and his beautiful work. The style has evolved from the many colors and patterns he so brilliantly wove together. This more soothing, calmer style is every bit as beautiful. I can take inspiration from both. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Suzie, I may be the only person who experiences this but I wonder if the sound level for narration is a bit low? When I go from another video to one of yours, I find I have to turn the volume up to max to clearly hear your commentary. An I do want to hear it all as there's so much value to be had.

Hi Carin, I am happy you enjoy the video! Do you mean in relation to the Provencal style or in general?
If you like colour a bit more colour I recommend you watch our videos covering Hamptons style, the art of layering part 2, English traditional style, and perhaps Island style. You will never find design styles featuring neon or very bold or eclectic prints on this channel as it not my personal style. Have a great weekend :)

It is definitely an unusual painting isn't it, it appears to be a trend of contemporary artists reproducing oil portraits with a surprising element such as the paint stroke. It is not necessarily my taste but it can be a fun component for a more modern interior xx

Hello Chris! That is a great question, it is a trend I have noticed more recently with artists recreating old oil portraits with a modern twist, which seems to be a dash of paint. I don't personally stock this style of art as I prefer to stick with the original but it is definitely a more affordable and quirky option for some xx
