I wish brass playing like that will be normalized in Cebu marching bands. I have been living in Cebu for almost 20 years and there has been no improvements at all in their brass playing in marching bands. I don't know why, and I don't know why no one here thinks that their brass sounds awful. I grew up in Northern Mindanao and the marching bands brass in our province weren't that bad as I remembered, they sound just like the ones in this video. I almost forgot how good brass sounds like and it feels very nostalgic, compared to the noise that we have here. Why Cebu? Why can't you get your brass right?
