    When they say "The Beast" !!!! They ain't lying!! Just tried my 290 tonight and it's amazing!!! Fast as carbon, but still has the touch and feel of wood. Playing with MX-P on both sides. Max thickness forehand, 1.9 backhand.

      How is the control on the 290 ,I have a infinity vps and it's a little slow

    • @ajoydas-Watch-It
      @ajoydas-Watch-It 2 роки тому

      Pretty slow compared to a Handmade all wood blade from a master crafter, bought a few of the fastest blades on the market in search of something faster than my handmade one from Edgar Bloch but fellas this thing is about half the speed and you can still control the Bloch with some practice. I still love the 290 since I can use it in competition but from a two time bavarian champ as a kadett and someone who made 2 points against Timo Boll take speed of blades with a grain of salt. This is a Baby Beast maybe. :D

    245 Is definitely not for Tom. From watching previous videos, I can tell he's really holding back on his strokes. Love the review

    great video really enjoyed the breakdown of the blade, the match play and the music great job guys! I am going to consider getting the 290 blade... would love to try it out first though... I currently play with the timo boll spirit and have been playing with it for a long time but might want the more power in my game

      Collin Henlee Stay with butterfly just upgrade to tb zlc or alc

    • @greenLinkLP
      @greenLinkLP 7 років тому +1

      Collin Henlee stay with your blade. If you need more power, then either up the thickness of your rubber or if it is already max, then work on your game.

      Hi Muhammad, I would say these are quite a similar speed but a touch slower than the Schlager carbon but with ,more control and more wooden feeling.

    Problem with Stiga Blades imo: overpriced, sharp edges and I find the name-plate irritating, which you can feel all the time. Dont know, what Stiga engineers thought when developing it.
    Maybe it is just me, but I prefer a smooth handle.
    It is weird, but I think that Stiga blades price increased over time, while the quality decreased. Not the way to go, if you want a successful company...

      Stephen Phoenix-Roberts these guys normally loop the ball but these blades are really quick and some times there isn't enough dwell time for the perfect loop

      Dan has a more European stroke and that is why it looks like he slaps through the ball. However, he is actually adding spin like this. Nonetheless, he can still beat you

    • @abt1580
