Adam, can you please influence someone at the WTT to have them go back and show us matches using this regular behind-the-table view instead of side-view? The main problem with the new angle is that it's not how you play the game. Your view of the table while you're playing is the front of the table, not from the side.
7:45 Nothing better than this, un-returnable shot that rolls onto the table, the accuracy you need on this is off this planet, I have only seen this shot like 5 times in my whole life
Perfect example of winning is not important but playing the game beautifully is. I always enjoyed watching his matches, win or lose...Koki the legend forever.
@@anujmchitale That's partially true. Winning tournaments is great ofc, you make good money, get into the record books but producing spectacular moments like Koki had been doing throughout his career is enough to gain a cult following, which is more important than winning trophies imo.

Niwa is absolutely my fav player of all time in table tennis, he's the reason i am back playing table tennis after a long hiatus. He is like Kimi Raikkonen in Table Tennis World, also my fav driver in F1. Both retired recently but still can watch Niwa plays in T-league
Kiki Nina, we certainly will miss seeing you competing internationally. You are one of a kind legend. I’ve always enjoyed your somewhat unorthodox style of play, making this game so much more enjoyable. Have a nice rest of your playing career in the T League!
It's not a Koki Niwa compilation without the Swedish Open 2017. Specially for me because I was there to see it in person. The whole air of the place changed and after everyone stopped cheering all you could hear is Adam screaming. It was truly surreal.
I can see this style in endless loops. It is still unbelievable! I love the cries of the commentators „Koki Niwa!!!“ after one of hims wizard actions 😄
Often when I am waiting to receive serve I say quietly to myself KOKI NIWA to remind myself to try and play the ball creatively and unexpectedly. Nobody does it like Koki Niwa
The wild thing about Niwa is that there are brief moments when he is the worlds most unstoppable player. However, this only lasts for a game and not for the entire match.
Um dos jogadores mais criativos e malucos que eu já vi jogando, inspirador, bem humorado e extremamente talentoso na sua maneira “torta” de ser, obrigado por ser um jogador muito especial Koki Niwa ❤️🏓🇯🇵
