Scott, I used to use pinwheel dampers with 8 3/4 holes. But now I only use the single exhaust, I really like the simplicity of the 2 inch exhaust and keeping the smoke as far off the lid as possibly.

Apex drums in Los angels you can buy a drum with lid already sand blasted around $100
Drums like to run hot and can get dirty smoke easy, I’m adding a door to mine soon

Suggestion: Try turning your phone on it's side to record. That allows the video to fill the whole screen on UA-cam instead on a small section.
