I am struggling with my jealousy and negativity. I am trying to believe in God that he is real and able to help me to get over my fear. Recently, I started to pray, but I feel like I need miracle in my life. I really want this fear out of my system and the burden that I am carrying. Lord, help me to free me from myself! That's a must as a Christian for years I didn't realise how selfish I was just praying for me and what I need, however I realised after christ and the spirit worked through me, I always pray for others pray for people that hate slander and physically hurt me I took years and I still sin but persevere forgive and fight everything with love put everyone before yourself saten at times might controll my body in his world but my heart and soul belong to the Holy Trinity, soldier on in prayer and the word always.
I am having a hard time drawing closer to Jesus I really need a lot of guidance I wish to make it to heaven I want to be a child of God I don’t want to live a sinful life anymore

What a positive prayer. I find Psalm 31:24 helpful to reflect on too. Sounds like you're off to a strong start.
@beatrixvonwatzdorf5914 My husband of 8 plus years left my two sons and I in an apartment that had become uninhabitable. As a result I saw them in suffering tremendously much more than I'd initially seen before and this effected me for the worse in many ways. I ended up moving out and literally having to do away with even my son's bike, they're most wanted toys, ect. So as a result I'm now living with my day care provider who' seems to have so many nasty things to criticize me about so long as she doesn't see me throughout the day. The point is it seems like unfortunately Maybe she had a whole lot more in store for my use to her in her home than I'm willing to give. So I'm only staying for as short amount of time as possible before hopefully venturing forward and onto what I'm deeply praying will result in being a better situation.
I thank you for these Godly meditations. I don't feel comfortable falling asleep listening to new age meditations. I've heard things in them that goes against what I believe. Thanks and God bless your ministry. ❤

There is no way your a failure. Literally picture God beside you because He is. He created you. You are His workmanship. If you are a failure, could you say to God He failed? Just remember you are a masterpiece and every day is another stroke of His brush to continue your portrait every day that you are breathing. That makes you a beautiful work in progress. Failure is part of success. There is no need for you to feel bad. I had words spoken over me in my childhood that I was not good enough and I know now that these were lies. Spend time with God daily. Read,listen,journal. Whatever it takes to realize how he feels about you. Don't look for validation from people only from God. You are deeply loved and God wants you to have a relationship with him.

My nephew, now 60, was homeless for 8 years. He had a terrible life, losses of siblings n mom, too much to say. 1 thing he did was to join a gym where he could shower n keep up his health. Some are only $10 a month. He worked odd jobs for years. Volunteer at a soup kitchen Mayne at a church. You will get food n hopefully a way to God's blessings. Praying for you. GOD IS ABLE!

Josh, in addition to the guided meditation and the visualizations of God's goodness, keep in mind that you need proper nourishment for your body and mind. Do everything you can to keep that in order and that will also lead you to minimize (and possibly eliminate) anxiety.

Hi, Beatrix. This meditation is fantastic. Your voice is calm and measured in tone and pace which I honestly haven't found in other meditation guides. I really like the neuromuscular component too because it helps me relax while reminding me that my body that carries me through the day and my sleep to restore it are both gifts that God has given me. I honestly had never thought of sleep as one of His gifts! My body gets hammered by stresses everyday and your meditation helps me refocus on Our Lord's desire to allow Him to take care of me. It helps me let go, to learn to not be so hard on myself, and to remember once again that some of the greatest gifts He has given me are in the simple things - my breath, my body, the simple beauty of life itself.

I typically don’t have issues with falling asleep unless I’m stressed. And I’ll toss and turn for hours and hours. This meditation has been the ONLY method that’ll get me to fall sleep... and I’ll fall asleep within 15 minutes of listening. So grateful.

Recently I have been having a lot of problems with handling my frustrations. I usually just cry it out and sometimes pray about it. But recently meditating has been helping me feel better and get closer to my Lord and Savior. The person who makes me frustrated and sad still upsets me, but it's easier to deal with when listening to videos like these.

This has been such a help for me! It’s a safe place I come to every night. Sometimes I’m crying my eyes out, sometimes I’m calm and content, some times I’m distracted and busy. But whenever I hear that ‘hello’ and those opening notes I know that however I’m feeling it will all be ok and everything is part of God’s plan for me. I occasionally listen to these videos but ultimately the answer is surrendering and trusting that God is in control, He loves you and you’re never out of His sight! Cast your cares upon Him precious Marie, He gladly takes them. God says, “Be still and know that I am God.” Prayers and love.

I've been struggling constantly with repetitive sin and feeling like I'm not worthy enough for God's love. I want to be His child and to celebrate eternal life with Him in Heaven, but sometimes I prioritize other things over Him. Lord, please help me to focus only on You and please make a way through this season of suffering and anxiety. My Lord Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life AMEN! I will never lose faith in my God, my rock, my Savior. I love God so so much, no matter how difficult things get for me. Jeremiah 29:11
God loves you. There is nothing you can or need to do to gain His love. (Ephesians 2:8-9). Sometimes that's one of the hardest errors to overcome - the thought that we could or need to somehow earn His love... not trusting and leaning into this Truth because of our past conditioning and life experiences. God knows that we are fearful... that we prioritize other things at times... and He patiently corrects and waits for us. He will never leave, forsake or abandon you. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
Hello Beloved.. May we look to Romans 10: 8-10 to 'first know' we are 'truly saved' .. (please read and meditate on this scripture passage..) Basically if one wants to be free from their sin and they 'turn to the Lord with a sincere heart'..And 'believe in their heart' that God raised Jesus from the dead (after he died in their place for their sins)..and they 'confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus'..they will be saved!!..For with the 'heart' man believes unto right standing with God (righteousness), and with the 'mouth' confession is made unto salvation!!... Just say from your heart, some thing like this (say 'out loud', with your mouth) .."Lord Jesus, please save me and be my Lord..I give you my life today..Please take it and do with it as you will!! Thank you for hearing and answering me now!!!" )
Beatrix, your voice is so perfect in every way for these relaxation videos. Your voice is so calming, soft, and relaxing. You speak slower than other videos, which is very restful to me. I have several saved to my phone and every night I choose one of them to fall asleep to. I have had insomnia for years, and these work so well that I no longer have to take a sleep pill. I can relate. When I feel overwhelmed, I find peace in focusing on Jesus. I imagine him with me in the room, sitting by by the bed, or watching over me. I speak with Him and invite Him to take my fears and worries. I ask for rest and peace so I can sleep. Then I hand it over to Him and let myself rest in the palm of His hand. What a peaceful experience it is to let go like that....

I was in the ER all of Saturday for heart problems. Tests came back clear (thank the Lord) but they said it could be my anxiety/stress/sleep apnea that's literally killing me and keeping me from sleeping more than 30 minutes at a time. It is SO hard to just shut my brain off. I am trying to find God again, but fighting the devil and improving my health is a daily struggle. Please pray for me, God Bless. ❤️

I am suffering too physically and mentally everything bothers me I have anxiety disorder and insomnia I'm weak and can't remember things or hardly ambulate or stand up on my feet I can't eat can't hardly communicate well anymore or drink I'm affraid and know I can't make it alone nowhere by myself I'm too physically weak and inflammatory in my body

Just remember every day with God is a condition of the heart. God created doctors, and that is a good thing. But 2000 years ago, Jesus took that cat of nine tails with 39 leather strips with razors on the end. His skin was torn and He took our diseases. He did that so we have our healing. The truth is you are healed now. But it is true your having symptoms. Speak life into your situation and rebuke the diagnosis. Does not mean don’t see the Dr. Does mean God is our Jehovah Rapha (our healer). It is written, that you are healed in the powerful name of Jesus. Life and death is in the power of the tongue so speak life my dear sister.

If anyone could pray for me that would be wonderful! I‘ve been struggling with hypochondria due to medical PTSD from this past year. I constantly am reliving the pain of the mock heart attack I had and anytime I’m having pain or a slight body oddity my brain thinks I’m dying even when I’m not. This causes me to suffer from panic 24/7 and it’s been inhabiting my life and intruding on my day to day to an extreme extent. To where I have to leave school or work because my panic attacks are so bad.
I have spent thousands on medical bills this last year because of doctor/hospital visits I’ve had due to my hypochondria. I go in thinking my head aches are a brain tumor. Or that my numb arm and racing heart are a heart attack. But it’s just me being constantly stressed and worried because im scared to die like I almost did that one time. I get so stressed I think I’m going to kill myself over stress even.
It’s getting to the point it’s actually causing issues. I’ve had three blood cysts, two ulcers, and I get chronic migraines now because of my jaw clenching.
I really need prayers and God’s help to overcome this stress :) thank you for taking your time to read this!

Many years ago, I had PTSD. Actually, I am still triggered at times, but that horrible fear/anxiety/not knowing what was real & what wasn’t is gone. You WILL get better. It may happen so gradually that you may not realize you are getting better. Do not lose hope. One day, you will feel as if a curtain is being drawn back in your mind..... & you will feel so much better. God bless.

I came here because I've really been going through it with health and death anxiety.
The fear of just being out of control, and people trying to turn me away from God by saying all that is there after death is a dark void. This causes me to spiral into numerous panic attacks.
I've also had a brain fog all day, I still believe in God no matter what and pray he helps me through this.
I believe He is faithful to us no matter what our circumstances. He is the light of the world that can dispel all darkness. It's in the darkest times that we most need to be reminded of His presence. I hope this meditation helps support you as you connect with Him in prayer.
Jesus said.."I am the resurrection and the life!!!" And "He is the light of the world!!!"... So, No dark void there!!! In Christ Jesus our Lord!!!
