Confirmed.. ganyan nga sa BPI and Security Bank.. maganda lang sa Security Bank, mas mababa ang interest.... for now..
But, pwede ka naman makipag deal sa BPI para I-match nila yung interest ng ibang bank.. kung ma approve ka sa isa...

Thank you Sir Chris for this video! I wish had this info a few months ago when researching abt this topic but I am happy that other people can now have easy access to these info if they want to have control over their mortgage.
Also, for BDO, payment should be made over the counter on your due date para sa principal maapply, and make sure to call their Loans dept after, for confirmation and para mabigyan ng new mortgage schedule.

I want to delete my comment. Sobrang HASSLE NG SECURITY BANK. Unresponsive pa ung bank officer na nakaassign samin 🤦‍♀️ naiinis na kami almost 1 yr na from the time we applied for bank loan
