Great video! I bought the AlfaODB for my 2020 Power Wagon. I had to do a bunch of ecu resets and it dorked everything up. I finally gave up and had the dealership reset. This seems MUCH more simple!
That’s very interesting, I was about to order it last night and they had one note and of course it said “Procal Snap is not currently compatible with Power Wagon models.” So I was amazed to see you used this with your PW!
Great video, definitely better than the instructions..one thing that help for my bigger hands, there's a panel that pops off, on the dash above the power switch. Removing it helped placing the harness onto the open circuit board. Thanks again. 37x12.50x20, set to 36.5
Thanks, I did this last week and this video would have saved me some time. I put 37/12.5/17 BFG KO2 and it measured 34.9" on the truck (45psi). Speedo was about 7 mph slower before Procal (using Waze app). After Procal it was an exact match to Waze mph... Thanks Bill-The least AEV Procal will let you set with tpms is 35psi, but with 37s that's fine.
Nice tire and rim combo did this on my 21 power wagon but only went with 35’’ tires. My next set I hope to go to 40’’ with a complete new coil and shock up grade. Sucks how hard it is to get parts nowadays. So I am just saving money and order when things are a little better to get stuff.
Great vid...I just got mine..but have a slow pulsing orange light...checked everything...can't figure it out...hit the starter button twice to on....multiple times ..same results
As somebody who does this everyday Dodge dealers running wi-tech software cannot do this. ProCal is your only decent choice and it's not hard. Just watch the video. He did a great job
i would recommend downloading a gps speedo and check that the speed on the dash match the gps speed ! sometime the value you enter doesn't reset the speedo to have the right speed i ad to change mine to a different tire size even doe i ad the correct value in the programming

Best video yet for the ProCal Snap. I ordered mine but due to the chip shortage it may take a few months to come in. Going to eventually put 35” (or 315s) on my 2019 PW. Did the yellow tire light on the mph dial turn off when you lowered the tire pressure to 45 lbs? Do you have to recalibrate for the gear shift points? Just trying to plan it all in my mind beforehand. Thanks
Yep, the message light turns off as the new TPMS parameters are set. You don’t have to manually recalibrate anything after inputting the new tire size - the truck’s ECU calibrates for shift points, speedometer, etc. automatically when you update the tire size.
Great video! I am expecting my 22PW 6/12. I got the AEV ProCal SNAP and am waiting on the truck - haha. Question for you. I run those exact same tires on my 21 Tacoma and love them. When you put the 37's on, did you do anything to the suspension, or since they are 35.2" do they not rub on factory suspension?
so why did you not re-calculate your effective gear ratio and updating that using the procal after putting 37's on? As an FYI, if stock gearing is 3.73, adding larger tires changes that effective gear ratio which in turn affects the RPM's on the tach and possibly the shift points in the transmission.
Because the purpose of updating the tire size is to allow for correct shift points with the new diameter, not just correct the speedometer - the tool updates the PCM with the “effective” gear ratio with the new tires. The ability to program a gear ratio change with the Procal solely exists to update the truck with an actual physical regear. Straight from AEV’s manual: “Programming axle ratio is only required after physically changing the gears in the differentials. There is no performance increase by adjusting this value to anything besides what the vehicle has physically installed. Programming the incorrect ratio will cause some vehicles to go into “Limp-In” mode.”

Curious why it does not allow for tire pressure of 50 or 55.
Got mine 37in tires at 53 rear 52 front and it works fine so far…also you can take it to the dealership to reset TPMS
Doing this now, didn't watch it all the way thru and plugged in to the harness closest to the hood and can't get it out. How do you accomplish that?

All of my slots have something plugged into them. I’m doing this on a Sunday so I can’t call AEV. What the heck?? Level 3 equipment group.

Dont by this or Procal. Company is garbage . Try finding a dealer to reflash. Alfa OBD is awesome. Dont have to take it to the dealer.
