What amp fuses did you use?

hey man you might want to flip those "add a fuse" around, at least in the first gen 86, the pin closer to the driver side (USDM) fender is the battery side.

you can check which side is hot with a multimeter or a test light

Where did you tee into for the vacuum?

Since I don’ have the turbo kit, I did not tee into anything. When I had my supercharged FRS, I used the hose on the bypass valve.
