    This is very interesting. I like not having to freeze it.. Thank you for sharing - going to order some layer mix and give it a try! I love the Elephant!! :)

      Glad it was helpful! I actually added a different color to the elephant eyes before firing and it worked out well.

      Honestly, I've just used a tack fuse and that seems to work out fine.
      this is what I've used also
      400/1320/10
      9999/950/60 (change for COE90)
      200/700/0

    What is the firing schedule since you don’t freeze?

    How long does it take to harden before firing? Did you say 3 days? Thank you!

      Generally, by the next day. If I use a warming plate and put the molds on that, it will be within a few hours and they are ready. It all depends on the thickness of powder in the mold.thicker ones take longer.
