#43 Drawing & Painting a Sixfold Islamic Geometric Pattern

An extended hexagonal version of Variation A from Tutorial #43:
• #43 Drawing 5 Sixfold ...
Kit: Vintage Rotring Compass, Rotring rapidograph 0.1 and 0.2 pens & transparent rulers. Outlining the actual pattern in these pens was tricky, so I used 0.8 and 0.5 UniPin and Pentel waterproof pigment fine liners.
All on inexpensive 300gsm watercolour paper from Flying Tiger.
For the painting, a mix of brands: Winsor & Newton, Cass Art and Daler Rowney watercolour with a size 1 ProArte and size 8 Raphael brushes. All done with my trusty accessories: pipette, palette, pot of water, putty kneadable eraser and plenty of paper towels!
