Thank you! 9 is a great age where kids are starting to get the strength and hand/eye coordination needed for light woodwork, saws, hammers, etc. I find the key to teaching woodworking is having patience; remember it will take a kid 6x longer to do something we can do, but the lessons learned are worth the time :)
