great video! resonated with me alot as I stack shelfs as a part time job and I'm wanting to join the marines. I'm motivated to get out of there pushing myself harder which I feel will help me through training.
Class mate!! 100% go for it mate! You'll never ever regret it. My bro stacked shelf's in tesco, now he's been in the Navy for 16 years and flying as a P.T.I 👍
Hey Sam, I'm aspiring to be a Royal Marine and was just if me being colourblind would affect me joining? Cheers for the videos as well they're very helpful.
It's not that bad really, I hardly ever struggle with colours when I'm labelling them individually it's just them Ishihara tests with the numbers and dots that I struggle with. Do you reckon I should just see what my AFCO says?
hey man. so im 15 going 16 this year and id like to get ready in the best way to join. I'm trying to find proper ways to exercise at home, but due to school and personal life, sometimes I cant always exercise. I've tried drawing timetables for workouts and I'm trying my best to do them, but I find myself falling short. I've always always wanted to wear the green beret. i want to ear it. its the thing i want, but to get there i dont know. so i figured asking someone whos been is the best way to find what to do. any advise?
Hey mate, best thing to do it start by making manageable workouts that you know you can achieve and gradually building the amount you do and the severity of what you do. For example week 1 you may do: 3 days: 5 rounds of: 5 press ups 10 sit ups 15 squats In week two: 5 rounds of: 10 press ups 15 sit ups 20 squats Etc… And just keep building like that rather than trying to do loads of workouts that you can’t achieve or fit in yet.
Hey mate, i broke my 5th metatarsal in my foot a few weeks ago. its healing pretty fast and well but i was wondering if i could start the program with just the body weight work then gradually introduce running when im ready?
