@@jozitro4554 My Brother, I have read book of Enoch, and have to say, it has some cool worldbuilding ideas. Important part is to have a correct mindset. Book of Enoch is not canon for a reason, and that reason is not conspiracy, it is simply historical and authoritative issie, as well as doctrinal issue.
Fun fact: Book of Daniel was indeed writen in the 2 Century BC

I came here to say the same about Uriel. Though, ive heard some say that Ariel is essentially Uriel, but either way Uriel was still unnamed. Plus, the entirety of the 13 Leaders of The Watchers, and the other 200 fallen were also not mentioned.

There’s something dualistic about these angels and demons, seems interesting like the old gods good parts became an angel and the not good or evil portion of the same god was demonized and considered fallen. Reminds me of the primarch all having a matching brother who would turn on the emperor.

It is my understanding that angels are inherently genderless, BUT if they present themselves to you then they will do so as males.
Consider that at that time when these stories come from, women were basically property. If an angel wanted to actually being paid attention without going full "do not be afraid" mode, a male form would be the most suitable.

Just goes to show how much all judo-christian religions have in common. I really wish people would concentrate on what brings us together, rather than what separates us. Nice video :)
I would not call four or five angel names shared together as the measurement of how similar Christianity, İslam or Mandeism are despite their totally different theology. Plus, how Gabriel, Azazel and Michael are depicted very distinctly and Mandeist angels didn’t have common factor with the others for most of the time.
If one of those religions didn't want to kill and subjugate the rest of the wolrd we might be alright.
The judo-christian religions you reference all come under the title of Abrahamic faiths Judaism, Christianity and Muslims all believe in the Abrahamic god but all have Major theological differences when it comes to him. So although we do get a lot of overlap and are more similar to some other religions we are still very different from each other.
We Christians have a history of discarding and anathemizing heresies so no. We will not form peace with heresies, and we never have.

If you're still curious, I advise looking through Muslim folk tales instead. He turns up from time to time, though I only know of one tale where he's a main character. In that one he hangs around Deli Dumrul as the latter is permitted to search for someone else who'll agree to die in his place, only to find out that it was all a ruse meant to teach the previously-fearless man the value of his life and that of the love shared between him and his wife.

My favorite book of all time is "Battle of Apocalipse " from Eduardo Sphor. It s a brazilian book, so it is not só known worldly. But i believe already have translation for english.

For those asking about Lucifer. He is not actually an angel mentioned in canonic biblical text. The only mention of Lucifer in the Bible is in isaiah 14:12. The term "Lucifer" is a Latin term meaning "light-bringer". The text of this passage does not reference an angel, but instead is used as a phrase to describe the king of Babylon. Basically saying: "oh how the mighty have fallen". Lucifer as an angel is a modern day depiction as, "the devil" or "the beast". There is no reference to an angel named Lucifer actually existing. I would suggest looking more into this text. Interesting stuff.

I mean it is pretty clear that no angel under the authority of God will accept worship. Only the demons present themselves as gods. That is why God reffers to them as dead ( which can also mean separated) gods.
Except the angels are not God. They don't claim to be God. They don't have the essence of God. They don't allow themselves to be worshipped. They themselves worship God. They are created beings. A presence of other heavenly beings does not mean a presence of other gods.

You forgot about the most popular angel of modernity, Kal-El.
In every historic Christian tradition that are big on angelology, there is a tradition of 7 Holy Archangels. While there are thousands of arch angels, only 7 are directly venerated.
Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel are the big 3. Even though the names of the angels differ per tradition, those 3 do not change. In latin Catholicism, these are the only 3 mentioned and venerated by name. The other 4 are unnamed.
The Arch angels Uriel, Selaphiel, Jegudiel, and Barachiel are venerated in Eastern Orthodoxy and the Greek Catholic churches in addition to the big 3. The Ethiopian/Eritrean orthodox and coptic orthodoxy have their own 7 as well.
A large chunk of the names you mentioned as Christian angels are found in Christian apocryphal texts but are not necessarily part of the Christian Canon or tradition.

From the Bible all I remember is Gabriel, who brings Maria the message (messenger == angellos) that she has been made pregnant by miracle. I don't remember much from the Old Testament. Who was the angel that Joseph fought with? In which Bible books is the angel Michael mentioned? Did the angel that told the apostles that Jesus had risen, have a name?
