Great overview and book suggestions. I have many of the ones you've shown as well as a ton of others... unfortunately most of them are in storage at the moment! (I really MUST get them back asap.) I tend to agree with you on the Jon Damian and Mick Goodrick books, I also find them to be similar in several aspects. First and foremost they both deal with "concepts" as opposed to "methods". NOT a subtle difference... these concept books can be returned to again and again with a different outlook or perspective depending on how much time has lapsed since the last viewing of a topic or topics. Thanks for the encouraging outlook on the use of books as a main source of quality information.
