The sauce is fire. There is no excuse thought for the consistently non seasoned chicken. I just get the dupe sauce and head to Dave’s or CFA. Which sucks cause Cane’s is a simple concept and I love places like that. But if you only do one thing, do it well
Having to rely on a sauce to make it good isn’t a good sign. Have GOOD chicken to begin with and then the sauce elevates it further. There is zero excuse for bad chicken. Just season it not that hard. It’s just sad that a place relies on a sauce for their food to be good.
@@BaldDemon I've honestly been wondering that ever since these types of videos started going around. I mean I guess it's possible to eat plain chicken strips but idk why you would.
Sounds about right, except I’ve never had a dry piece of chicken from Canes. It’s only rarely happened at CFA as well. That’s the great thing about these two places is that they are both consistently well made.
I was so glad when you said Raising Cane had "hardly any seasoning." On two occasions somebody brought home some of their chicken and I couldn't believe it is so popular. Not seasoning the chicken has to be intentional but it is outrageously bland.
If they ever build a Cane's closer to where I live I might try it out. But I haven't seen a single video that has convinced me it's worth driving 30+ mins for.
Yo! NONE of them are justified!! $6+ for 160g of chicken breast with thiccc breading??? Meaning, $40 for 2 lbs??? Are you kidding me?? You can get a high-end steak lunch meal in NYC for $40!!!
@@upsidez then you either got scammed or ordered a 50 finger tailgate for $80 because their most expensive individual meal is $16. $16x3= $50. That $16 meal is for 6 tenders and is enough for 2 people to share. I’ve never met anyone who’s ordered that for themselves. Everyone gets the box combo with 4 tenders for $12. $12x3= $36.
personally I like canes better and the pieces are larger so u get fuller. They toast hits and the sauce is amazing. The sauce isn't made up of what u said tho so I def got the recipe wrong I had a friend that worked there and made the sauce it's not just ketchup mayo and pepper
I usually eat the chicken with no or minimal sauce. I'd never pick Canes over Chick-fil-A because of this. Would it kill Canes to use some salt and pepper?
For anyone who hasn’t had canes- yes the chicken by itself is bland. The sauce is a part of the tender. It’s like eating the tender without breading then saying it has no crunch. Most places have condiments but canes sauce is a part of the meal.
its not worth paying extra money to have seasoning when you can go to chick-fil-a and get a good tender with good seasoning without having to pay extra for sauce, paying extra for sauce that is part of the tender is like having to pay for breading on chicken, and thats not even the only thing that sucks about raising cane’s tenders, the breading is super inconsistent and doesn’t have that good of a crunch, Im done yapping now
If you're ever in the southern US, you should compare Raising Canes vs. Zaxby's vs. Huey Magoo's. They all basically serve the exact same items. Chicken Tenders, House Sauce, Crinkle Cut Fries, Texas Toast, and Coleslaw.
The 1st time i tried chick-fil-a was back in '19. Sure enough i got the tenders, they were good! The next year i want some again but i get "we don't serve tenders" and i was like yes you do, I've had them before. I got the grilled chicken sandwich instead, it was ok. Now in 2024 the tenders are back and im like "oh you don't serve tenders huh"?! Took you 5 years!
Cane's is one of the most overrated things I've ever eaten in my life, and it is inexplicably expensive where I live. Chicken on its own hardly has any seasoning whatsoever, it is completely carried by the sauce, and if you're not a ketchup guy on chicken like a lot of people then there's literally no point.
The fact that Raising cane's whole shabang is just their chicken tensers is so wild to me, its like thats the only thing you do? And that too their prices are not attractive at all, that's why i never tried them
CFL is more expensive, but a better restaurant as a whole. They have actual sides, offer grilled chicken(my fav), and have ice cream! The fries are the weakest main item, and they're still better than RC!
I really don't care what people say about raising cane's, i love their chicken. Plus, people are missing the point because people don't realize that the cane's sauce is required for the chicken tender
Is it possible to make water? Theoretically, it is possible. You would need to combine two moles of hydrogen gas and one mole of oxygen gas to turn them into water. However, you need activation energy to join them together and start the reaction.
According to this video Cane's fingers are a better "deal" at $17.68 a pound. I think I need to start shopping at whole foods to save myself some money
90% of canes seasoning is in their sauce, the other 10% is in their lemonade.
😂
They put all that seasoning in their sauce just for it to taste like ketchup lmao
Lol
@@BabylonGames798your taste buds are ass if you think it tastes like ketchup
Cane's is nasty. Can't believe I ate that for so long
Having Canes without sauce is like eating a popeyes biscuit without water

No thanks, that canes sauce is nasty. I don't eat there because they only have the one sauce, and honey mustard doesn't count its trash
😂
I think you mean gravy with Popeyes biscuits. That's the real way to eat them.
🧈 and 🍯
Should have dipped the chick fila strip in the canes sauce... Problem solved
chick fil a doesn't sell canes sauce. wouldn't count

That's the exact conclusion I expected and you didn't disappoint.
Canes chicken without the sauce is mid asf, while Chick-fil-A a tenders without sauce taste pretty okay imo
Pretty okay? They’re so good better than the biggest 😂
Yep wayyy better I cannot stand canes chicken their sauce is good though
who the hell is eating tenders without a sauce aside from a 4 year old child lol

Drown it in the sauce. The seasoning is in that lmao.
@forwardmoving8252 No, unseasoned chicken tastes obviously unseasoned even with sauce.
You just don't get it. The cane's sauce is required with the chicken. That's why they put sauce with their combo meals
@nathantucker8489 , You must be one of those who doesn't season his or her meat because, ketchup.
@GApeech08 I rather enjoy the food instead of criticizing it
This is awesome , a Raising Canes is about to open in Penn Station in Manhattan on May 30. CANT WAIT
Strange thing to be excited about for a low tier chicken joint
Same here I can’t wait for Raising canes to open in Vancouver Washington.
It's over hyped imo. But hope you enjoy

No wonder why the CFA sauce tastes sweet............Thanks MeatCanyon.
Chick-fil-A > Raising Canes all day
Can you please try Starbird at Hermosa Beach, CA? Chicken sandwiches there are really good imo
Dip the Chick-fil-A tender into the RC sauce. BOOM

It's $5.19 for 3 CFA tenders in Georgia.

Everything at Cane's is just a vehicle for the sauce.
These two places are super overhyped

no canes where i live in eastcoast us, MD but looks on par with CFL. both looks right on for fast food
Do a BonChon review! Korean double-fried chicken
Someone find the ceo of raising canes and tell them to coat the chicken more before frying 😭
I like both, but Cane's chicken is the last thing I want WHEN I GO TO CANE'S.
Ha. I bet you hit up the North Torrance spot, they are next to each other.
Each tenders being almost $2.15 is insane.
Lol just because it's darker doesn't mean it was cooked "longer" which is evident by the fact Chick fil A's tender wasn't as dry.
I thought it was darker because their breading may have more seasonings
I usually eat the chicken with no or minimal sauce. I'd never pick Canes over Chick-fil-A because of this. Would it kill Canes to use some salt and pepper?
The best part of Canes is the freedom of religion and the fact they don’t oppress consumers with their religious viewpoints.
Chemical-fil-a always hits the spot

Sometimes the breading is darker because the oil is older. Worked in fast food a short time
What if they forget the cane sauce?!?!Unjustified based on the simple fact that I have to go home and season the chicken myself.
Have you done a video on Dave's Hot Chicken?
Quality over quantity for me. Im ok with paying a little more cents for smaller chicken if the quality is significantly better. ✅
Solution. Get the Walkart dupe for canes sauce and head to CFA
you should do the cheapest and most expensive item at the habit (just a suggestion)
For real Cane's sauce carries its entire business at this point.
I like both but buy RC the most. It’s closer to me. But Popeyes chicken s/w pushes both pretty hard.
Need to take chick-fil-a tenders and pair it with raising canes sauce.

“Raising canes is open on Sunday.”
Canes all day 💯
Raising Cane's is pretty boring without the sauce. All ur really eating is sauce when u order from there.
prefer the dorag to the hat, but this video was still justified ! 9.4/10
That's not a good evaluatuon based on the sweetness of the sauce. That's your preference, not everyone's

Cane’s is the Winner! Hands Down!
How about Culver’s chicken strips? The best that I’ve had anywhere.

KING
Hey anybody does any of these places still fry chicken breast,or wings with the bone in?? Seems that's a back in the days thing 🤔
Chick fil a was the truth until they jacked the prices up. Still remember back in 2019 when these strips were basically 4 bucks.
On Tuesday, KFC does 10 tenders for 9€ here in France
Chic fil a uses a LOT of sugar (in the form of milk powder) in their breading, which is why it is more browned.
IMO their chicken is too sweet.
Raising canes is a zaxbys hiding in plain sight
I really don't care what people say about raising cane's, i love their chicken. Plus, people are missing the point because people don't realize that the cane's sauce is required for the chicken tender
If the sauce is “required” to make the chicken good, than the chicken isn’t good. Sauce is meant to be complimentary
I’m the Easter bunny 👹 Edit: sorry wrong channel
oh wow this seems like a pretty equal match up then
Imagine this guy in elementary school at the lunch table.
i love raising canes more than chick fil a fight me
That color likely has nothing to do with cook time, it's probably how fresh the oil is.
Fried in soybean oil 💀
Canes is mid. Chik fil a is higher mid. Both are mid. Honey chipotle chicken crispers from chilis are fire
Do PDQ chicken tenders
Whatt!!! Only 6.27? In SA for 4 pieces, (which is the least amount) is literally 12 dollars 💀💀
If the tender simply tastes better without any sauce, that makes it the automatic winner, who cares about the price justification? 😂😂
No Chik-Fil-A sauce?! :O!!!
The quality of the chicken all across fast food chains is really depleting
