Just wanted to say I’ve been watching all your videos and they’ve made a profound impact on my life for the better. Seriously game changing stuff, really appreciate you doing this good work.
About 20 years ago on a rainy day, I 'called in sick' while employed with Capital One. At that point, I wasn't sure exactly why except for the gorgeous rain and card holder disputes. My love for antiques brought me to a unique antique shop. With nothing particular in mind but openness I decided to look through the book section. A very thin hardcover made of hemp pages caught my eye. "Wow what's this?!"', I asked myself excitedly. A first edition of a book entitled, As a Man Thinketh, with the signature of author James Allen. This was my first time coming into awareness with the book. I was truly honored to meet the introduction and to share this with all of you. Peace.
Persuasion and Manipulation... one is heart based and the other is not!! Love this!!! Thank you for your interpretation, EXCELLENT!! Also, your voice comes through genuine, no condescending tone ... it becomes more relatable and easier to absorb. Nicely done! Charisma is all well and good in business and relationships, but honesty and truthfulness will carry you so much further in the end. Don't let the mighty dollar change you or consume your goodness. ❤

I have read this book about 50 times since I bought it 4 years ago. It's my favourite. I must read. I suggest to read the final chapter called Serenity...then read the entire book. :)

I get more out of Nightingale reading it, then you trying to break it down. I couldn't finish your content bro. Yout delivery is just too dry for me. Alot of you stating and regurgitating the book. Luckily for the laymen, the book is deep enough to put it together and apply. Good on you for your hustle tho hut you need to spice this shit up. It's like being in biology class all over again

This is super intense. I mean, the audio book is less than an hour, and these notes are over an hour. Super in depth and detailed. Great video!

You have to do You are Not your Brain. That pertains to this topic. I was too vested in what my family wanted me to do and the decisions I made put me on the verge of suicide. We need a book on the toxicity of family and how to contain it.

That is great to hear, which reminds me... I believe at the end of the day is one of the best times to program the subconscious since our resistance is down. This can also work as a disadvantage for some as they unknowingly use the end of the day to program their mind with information that may not serve them.

Joseph, you are literally helping people in their journey to higher vibrations and awareness. I have found that watching these summary videos on 2x gets easier due to your tone and delivery; its perfect. I am at a phase that I want to consume all the concepts and ideas at once. I started at the Power of Now, among passed taoist interest via martial arts, to now Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill, Rich Dad Poor Dad, to now this one. Each book adjusting my path, its great. Like with anything, systems are key when the dynamics change to maintain consistency. Based on this learning experiences, I'll be discussing the findings of the new systems I put in place in some of my upcoming videos especially the book, Getting Things Done by David Allen.

i've been thinking about such thoughts, although the subconscious mind is quite sneaky/tricky in what it takes in or not, it almost is impossible to control due to how automatic it is yet we aren't aware
with time you will get better :)
warmaxxx with time and habit it becomes natural. I am still in the process of developing all of this but I have reached a point that I could stop negative thoughts and just stop thought all together, being in the present, only processing and focusing on whats happening now. Your breath, sound, the feel of your skin. If a thought comes in, let it, dont label it or try to judge or analyze it, just let the thought come in and leave, eventually you reduce the random thoughts and you control when you can have them if you want.

To my women friends I always recommend the very books I discuss becasue they apply to everyone. However, the one book that a lot of my women friends swear by is You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay and I very much enjoy her work and the books that come out of Hay House Publishing.
