I had this problem before with an older ipad, had to do the home button combo and this video showed me how to do it for a newer ipad pro. Thanks. I had to hold the home button for what felt like 30 seconds before it turned on but its working now. Phew. Crappy apple products.
From today morning it was not on nor it was charging,i dont know what happened i tried force restart method but i am not getting.the ipad was working normally the last night mine ipad pro m2

Hi Nadia Fara Queen, You can try force restarting it, if it does not work, give it a hard reset by putting it into recovery mode. If it also does not fix the problem, you might take it to Apple Service center.

Omg I ❤ you. EVERY other video I watched said press volume down then up then hold power. That wasn’t working for me. So I saw this and tried volume up then down and it worked! I was sweating! Have a huge video in the making and I didn’t want to lose my files! Ty!

Hi Andy haru海, You could try DFU restoring your iPad, if it also does not fix your problem then your Battery might not be holding the charge, it's a hardware issue, you need to repair it.
Its been 3 weeks my ipad is not turning on I press the power button many times then it turns on and if I leave it for a while it shows the same problem of not turning on please give me a permanent solution please
