@samita Nope, it didn't work. I tried using a windows computer to fix it but the computer was lagging to bad, so I'll have to go to a Apple store to get it fixed though I don't live anywhere close to a Apple store.

@@sla-eter i have brought in the service, and it is not a software problem. Maybe this week I will have it back. The memory chip must to be resoldered on motherboard. I will update if it is solved, after i will receive it back.
You can re-enter recovery mode by connecting your iPad to your computer and then pressing and holding the home button keep holding may take like 30 seconds or something

MIne keeps going off and on and usually like 15 seconds after the wifi turns on it starts acting wild again then starting it again.
Have you tried updating and restarting the device?
It is not working when i downlode it it shows a different picture when i press strart repair it show me how to enter recovery mode
