Lol, but if you saw the conditions I am crafting under and my filming equipment and set up, you would have a good laugh. It definitely hasn’t been easy. The glue gun is my son-in-law ‘s, LOL. You just make it work and you keep having fun

@@alicewills7677 🙏 thank you! So many people write to me and tell me that I have gotten them through chemotherapy or the death of a loved one etc. You don’t realize the responsibility that comes along with starting UA-cam until you’re knee deep. I even chose to delete my public post about my home tragedy. I want my channel to be a happy place for people. A place where people can come and find calm and joy. I will have to weather the storms on my own for now. Thank you for your support my friend ❤️😘🙏

As always, I love every one of these. I craft a lot (especially since retirement) & I watch numerous diy'ers. They make some nice things that some times give me inspiration but you...lady I seem to always love all of yours 💖! We must apparently have the same tastes because I just adore your crafts. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. You are so easy to watch & listen to. I look forward to your videos each week. Excited to see what 2022 brings from you. Happy New Year to you & yours & may 22 bring us all some better days.

The "Let It Snow" picture was gorgeous! I always enjoy watching you craft and usually learn something. For example, today I learned that you can wipe off one layer or more of paint. I'm sure that bit of knowledge will come in very handy!

I made the decision Fall, 2020, that I wanted to decorate my home for EVERY HOLIDAY/SEASON! It accomplished so many things--got my creative juices flowing and, more importantly, it made me purge, declutter, etc my garage! Now my garage is lined with clear, labeled totes in one corner; craft supplies in clear labeled totes on another side; peg boards down one entire side to hold decorated wreaths, wire frames, longer DT “wooden signs”, etc. the only decorations in my attic is Christmas! Now that everything is organized and labeled, I’m able to find things and get busy. There is also shelving next to the several seasonal totes that have tools, spray paints, electric drills, command stripes, etc. And there is still room down the wall from the craft totes where garden tools, a portable crib, walker & wheel chair are stored. Yep, it took a year to complete the project!
When I put up Christmas, I planned on some of the red and white to be used for Winter decorations; a few days after mid Jan, some of that will be put away and Valentine’s Day will go up; then St Patrick’s Day to Easter, etc. Nautical was the theme for June and sunflowers ushered in fall in August.
I got lots of ideas from videos such as this.
I’m a retired SPED teacher and own my own business in my home; probably 45-50 people come thru my house each week, and everyone seems to love the changes. I’m not often bored!
    Thanks for this great video!!!

I know I'm crazy lol but if I love something then I shout it from the rooftops lol . Someone asked me once if I was bi-polar I said "no I'm Gemini" lol . Anyway what I was going to say is I have left my Christmas tree up til February cause I too hate going from all the beautiful lights to just blah ... So I can totally relate. I loved it when you said hubby gets sad when the Christmas decorations are down . Lol I wanted to say that I'm only a third into this video but I absolutely think my favorite is going to be the little tassel tree pallet . I just adore it . I have to save your videos so I remember. It sucks getting older I just turned 51 ( but most ppl think I am in my thirties praise Jesus hallelujah and amen to having great genes lol) but I am starting menopause and my memory is terrible. I have to screenshot everything. Lol Oh the joys of being a woman!!!! ✌️🙏❤️😰😡🤯🥵😭🤗 🥵🤪🥱👈👈👈 Pretty much sums up my day .... Um I mean weak ! Lol 😉

I think my favorite today is the mop tree. Ight looks fabulous! But I also learned about the big giant piece of board you picked up at Home Depot. I would much rather use that than DT MDF signs! I always learn something - and I really appreciate that! Thanks Holly and hope you and yours have a most blessed day!

I completely agree with your daughter. The braided mop thread tree gives me all of the feels. I absolutely love it and cannot wait to make several. This video, like all of your videos did NOT disappoint. You come up with the most amazing and beautiful things. Unfortunately, I have never been able to find the burlap party banner at any of my 3 local Dollar Tree’s. I will continue to look every time I go though. Hopefully one day luck will shine on me. Great job on your let it snow sign. After watching you I think I’m going to try my hand at it. I think the battery operated fairy lights inserted through tiny holes from DT would look great as stars in there as well 🌲♥️ I’m loving the little wooden house as well. Like many I’m obsessed with the little houses 🏠Love the 3D star garland. I use the same beaded garland for every holiday and season. I string my beads on the thin wire found in the automotive section at dollar tree. I use the same wire or cheap ornament hooks to add all of my embellishments. Just a small dot of hot glue is all that is needed. This makes it so easy to add and remove the elements I want. The wire also makes it easy to keep whatever form I choose for my garlands even the smaller ones with tassel ends. I also use crochet string for all of my tassels that are not made with twine or ribbon (usually lace. The thread is cheap and make beautiful high end looking tassels in my opinion.

I always look forward to your video notifications! Helpful tip to try with the mop head, I find the center part, then pull one strand out from under the first row. Repeat few more times, then all the strands come out of the clip! If cutting the plastic works for you, keep on doin what ya do because you have great creativity and talent for crafting! I just wanted to share another option 😀

Holly, what I do, the day after Christmas, is I take off all of the Christmas balls that are colorful, leaving only the dark blue light blue white and silver balls, and I remove all the ornaments that don't have anything to do with winter, leaving only snowmen, snowflakes, sleds, mittens, woodland creatures, and white lights, etc. I call it, my
"Winter Wonderland Tree". It helps me, to transition into Winter. I feel like the whole Christmas season, flies by, much too quickly and I don't want to take down the tree. You can put a white or baby blue tree skirt, around the tree.
I also, decorate with snowflake garland, in the living room and on my Cocoa and Coffee Bar.

Holly omg guuuuurrrlll you are amazing. I just love your creativity. I especially love the fact that you make things so simple yet they look so high end. Like the charger plate with the trees . I absolutely love love love it. I always tend to have to go overboard with riboons and bows etc... But the simplicity of your projects taught me that sometimes enough is enough. And I have a Cricut joy sitting in the box for 5 months now lol. I like doing my own writing be it stencil or whatever but I especially love your idea of the scribble on the back of whatever wording are doing. So simple but so effective... Anyway you are true to your name. I find you so humble and kind I really enjoy and appreciate you and your talents you share with the rest of us DIYERS. I'm a huge fan. And I really love to be able to do winter crafts not everything has to be Christmas crafts . It's not easy finding something that isn't "Christmasy" ... I'm no Grinch I love Christmas just not during February and March lol. We have a long winter in Nova Scotia Canada. So I love the winter diys keep em coming guuuuurrrlll. ✌️🙏❤️🤩🥰
