Sweet deck tech. I’m currently putting together a Riku deck because I have too much good stuff for it and pulled one from 2XM. But this is the next deck I will be working on I got a lot of these fixings already!!!
Nice deck! I would say adding a couple more Shapeshifters wouldn’t hurt because playing a Shapeshifter will give you both a Dog and a Cat token at once. Double value for a single creature cost.
I have a rin and seri deck and its a lot like this build except i also put cards in that give trample and bigger pump spells like beast master ascension and triumph of the hoards.

I like how rin and seri is a play on words with ren and stimpy. Someone at wizards has a sense of humor at least.

I would have gone more with the changeling tribal to get bonuses for both with the anthem cats and dogs still in the deck.
