After taking a closer look on Logans decklist I gotta say it's an unexpexted take on Ruxa Only 13 creatures and most of them with abilities, rather the strategy is focused on making tons of tokens and buffing them
It's the same for the vanilla creatures Dominaria United commander, playing with vanilla creature cards is just not really good with her, she's much better if you go for token generation
Yep, if you have the keys to the Greasefang engine in your opening hand, you can start up the victory pretty quickly. Nice out of nowhere win against him though!
right before logan played ezuris predation i said to myself man they rly need a boardwipe rn too bad green doesnt have those. then he played ezuris predation and i laughed and said "how could i forgot...green has everything!"
Classic case of only focussing on the supposedly "biggest" threat and not realizing that everybody eventually becomes a threat... GG and I like the patience of Logan
ikr dude literally had no chill (i wouldve done the same thing i hate that card.) but dang and when he tried to help himself by indestructible insect dude literally took that personally
Ya I still can’t really see the cards well on my phone. If you could make the image of the center card like 10% bigger that would be great. I have full brightness and a full screen and it’s a little bit of a struggle lol.
4 years ago they changed the ruling making it that when you say combat and your opponent pass to combat. You skip instant to declare atackers skipping the beggining of combat phase. So can someone explain me how can you crew in the declare atackers phase after the ruling change?
There's a step before declaring attackers called "Beginning of combat". That's when you crew. Right before declaring attackers. Otherwise Greasefang would be useless since it states "at the beginning of combat on your turn".
Whoever play Sensei Divining Top will be targeted, this is no fun card and super annoying, and Logan is just being lucky, due to another player create tons of Angels, therefore he take the advantage of it and flip the game.
To be fair to Cody, and Sam tbh, top has a a bad reputation of being abused and generally being tedious to deal with. Point against Shelby in particular though as it must have been an important card for them to continuously replay top instead of bothering to draw a new card each turn. Shelby played themselves this game.
Well he draws a card when putting it back on top of the library. It's not like he's losing cards by doing so, it's just the extra mana each turn to recast it he has to spend. It's a very low opportunity cost
I absolutely love Ezuri’s Predation

That's actually how I built my Ruxa as well. I only run 1 vanilla (gigantosaurus) and mostly token generators
If you want to make Ruxa cheap you do vanilla creature tribal. If you want to make it viable, you make token generation

Nice out of nowhere win against him though!
specially if the player with aura shards decides to let you keep your discard outlet for like 5 turns
Epitome of the “Patient Professor,” waiting for the exact right moment to strike!

I saw Ruxa in the tooltip and immediately watched the video. Really sweet to see that guy in action.
Love decks with peculiar building restrictions like Ruxa; jolly good show!
Rooting for the Bear or Greasefang! Thanks for the content!
Most valuable card, hands down, Diving Top.
Who needs politics when one of the players sees red xD
ikr dude literally had no chill (i wouldve done the same thing i hate that card.) but dang and when he tried to help himself by indestructible insect dude literally took that personally
Cats and dogs living together mass hysteria
Yeah, that’s a cool game guys! GG and loved to see the “smashing “.
Logan flying under the radar until he swung hard hahahaha
Wish we could've seen more of each deck, but awesome game anyway!
Did not expect the bear win!! What a game
Absolute top quality game! Soon as the top was down I was sure Oloro was going to take it, heart of the cards on this one!
Logan just killing everyone. love it.
Greasefang is so much fun, I’m glad it did what it wanted to do ^_^
Here for ren and stimpy
Nice match!
jfc, cody show me on the doll where Top touched you! if i was shelby, I'd be pissed ALL the way off!

Everyone seems to attack Shelby because of his diving top 😅that card really works like a lightning rod

I wanted so badly to see Oloro playing...
Yup same, seems like Cody just had something against Shelby unfortunately
Where did Cody get that gamemat? I must have....
It's a custom mat from Inked Gaming
Never seen vanilla tribal built but this pod of decks looks great!
Cody totally played Sam
Key to the city was the strongest card of the game lol
yeah, almost as if it should've been destroyed by an aura shards or something lol
Ok, Cody hates top for some reason, but it's clear the biggest hate was from Sam. He punted so hard that game wasting AS triggers on the top.
Love the subtle arch enemy gameplay against Shelby... damn oloro isn't THAT scary smdh...
Where and how do I get that One Piece mat?
It's a custom mat from Inked Gaming
Bear win would be unBelievably over The moon win especially if it's bearly close.
GoGo Greasefang, i have build a deck with him last week.
Greasefang is boss. My favorite deck so far.
Yes, bully the oloro
Greasefang for the win

yep top and sylvan library are just unfun to play against and that person usually wins from it too

Another good example why green is such bs
well that was lame
