don't start a fight w me but i loved tate. he really loved violet. he was sick in the head and had good intentions but a terrible way of following through with them. he made many mistakes, but i truly believed his love for those close to him, like his siblings and violet, were real

I am so in love with this ship. Seriously. The love between these two characters is so strong. Before Tate met Violet, he couldn't control himself, he didn't have anything, he didn't want to feel or did not feel anything. Once he met Violet, he felt everything. He felt pain, suffering, sadness, anger, and he felt love. Violet is the only person that has given him hope or a reason. He just wants to become a better person for her and I think he really just wanted to become a better person than he was in the past. He's scared of rejection. Scared of what people will think of him and especially what Violet would think of him. Tate's honestly such a psychopath. But we can't help to not fall in love with him. There's something about him that just makes us or me personally connect with him and love his character so much.

Nameless Hero technically a psychopath doesnt have emotions. Tate has emotions clearly because he loved violet and his sister. And a psycopath doesnt feel empathy, well... You could conclude that he was empathetic... So empathetic in fact, that he wanted to rescue the people he killed from the "filthy goddamn horror show" of a world they live in. Either way i love him though.

I think the first season and asylum (2nd season) are the best of the series so far. (I haven't seen the newest season, 1984, yet though) but yeah I think murder house is my favorite season
The character Tate is just so hauntingly beautiful you can't help but to love him; despite his MANY flaws. And Evan played him beautifully! Such an amazing actor!

UPDATE after episode 6 AHS Apocalypse: Violet finally sees the true nature of Tate and forgives him, thanks to Madison's spell. Tate redeems himself by therapy and also saving Vivian from being killed by Michael. Violet and Tate kiss while Madison watches and they finally lived happily ever after.

I haven't even seen this season of AHS but I already knew that I would love the characters especially Tate and Violet. I can't stop watching all of these clips of Tate and Violet together. Doesn't anyone else put yourself into Violet's shoes and imagine what it would be like to be loved by someone like Tate. Tate is such a loving character but he has some issues in his life that he couldn't control. His mom was a non-loving mother and she would drink her sorrows away. Tate never had a mother figure until Mrs. Montgomery. She has taught him to not be afraid of anything and to when ever someone is scary towards him. To just say "Go Away" and they will go away. Violet is already not in a great state of mind especially with her parents and the whole suicide thing going on. Tate is her Romeo and she found someone that really cares about her feelings and someone that will protect her from anything. I wish there was a Tate in my life minus all the murders and raping aspects but the rest I really want that in my life. Overall, Tate is an amazing person towards Violet and he is the best boyfriend/ex that I know of.
