If we’re being honest, you Sis Boni, are doing your best to show people that there’s another side to this life. That it’s not always about a degree (not that it’s not important or can open doors for you). On the flip side, also shows people who are already working and may not be happy with where they are that, the world is HUGE and, we can all have a piece of the cake if we are willing to work at what it is we want. Thank you and also, thank you to Michaela for sharing ❤🎉
Boni is so good at this! Great interviewer with great and direct questions and she is also in tune with what the audience wants to know while keeping the guest comfortable.
Morning, thank you for the compliment, 😊 I think it's because I only interview people who will give us information, not because they are known or the video will trend. 🤣 even if 500 people see the video, it's okay, as long as the information can impact someone. I try every day with the little resources I have.
Serendipity - that's what this interview is! LinkedIn stalked Michaela and your story is remarkable, your career progress is inspiring. I've had a desire to do a BSc but ruled it out because I can't attend varsity full time. I see it's actually possible! Thanks for this interview. Congrats on your growth 🙌🏾 and onwards and upwards 🎉
Lovely, as a Change Manager in the tech space it’s awesome seeing someone bring light to the many non-technical opportunities in the space, it’s so refreshing. Thanks for this platform, continuous learning!
First time watching a full interview that's over 10 minutes. Oh my word, Michaela's story is relatable and she's has worked hard to be where she is now. May she keep on striving. Looking forward to running shoulders with her in the future within the business world. 🙏😎😁 I'm a new subbie and this is the kind of platforms that we need in the world. Shout out to you Boni! 👌😁😊 This is a gem! Keep up the great work.
We definitely need a part 2. Where the both of you talk about how to break it into IT at this day and age since it seems like it's more difficult these days. As well as how to specifically approach companies since all the jobs being advertised have crazy requirements and don't specifically ask for those with just the certificates
This was really really wonderful to listen to. What I take from this is that hard work and determination will eventually yield positive results. Thank you so much Boni and Michaela. This video popped up on my feed because I've been researching the BA field. You've got yourself a new subscriber ❤.
Boni this is a beautiful video thank you so much for the work you're doing, hard word work really pays. I have been looking for the right platform to do my data analyst course and this video has helped me a lot. Shoutout to Michaela for sharing her experiences.
Wow yet another insightful episode!! Your content is truly on another level and deserves more exposure. If only I could like the video over and over again. Thank you to your guest Michaela for being open to sharing her journey and I wish her all the best in her career and future endeavours.
Michaela's story is very inspirational and as always keep up the great work sis Boni. So I recently acquired my ECBA certification through the UIF and Netcampus program and I'm actively pursuing my BSc in Computing. My problem is that I am struggling to get any entry roles since I haven't completed my degree yet and it's very disheartening and demotivating since I'm 35 and most programs need you to be 34 and below. Any advice on how I can increase my chances of employability. My passion is in software development and BA for IT.
Wow - I can't thank both you and Micaela enough for this wealth of information, so many ideas came to my mind as I was watching on what I can do to upskill myself and pick myself up in life again. Thank you.
Big-up to you Boni for such a mind blowing content, we really appreciate you. l also love give thumb-up to Machaela for sharing her experiences. l've just realized that l need to do SCRUM MASTER course, that would be an added advantage as a Business Process Automation Expert. All the best guys keep up the good work.
I can really relate to Michaela..Also started out with A+ and N+ but this wasnt for me..I am currently doing a free Google Data Analytic certificate with Google and I want to the advance google data Analytics certificate also
Study for a short course in Business analysis, there’s a training institution in Sunninghill called FTI, enrol for the BA certification, You will never seek a job
Greetings Boni may you please do project Manager's next Well I'm currently doing my project management certificate at Boston City Campus and I completed matric last so I'd like to know whether it's worth it or not😢
I can code yes, lol I think I am tired of coding now hence why I am in a non technical role where no code is required. In the data space, SQL was the only thing I needed to know.
Hi Boni, to Michaela, I am thinking of trying a cloud practitioner thing on Udemy at a price, I am wondering if they just offer exam preparation or it includes the exam itself
Most likely o my the training. Always check the community of the course you trying to do to see how people In that space prepared for their certification

But I think both these points are covered in this video, she approached her supplier. That's how she broke in after doing some short courses.

Hi Boni. Which app do you use to conduct these interviews?
Riverside FM
I'm confused now because all jobs relating to tech require "Computer science degree" as the 1st requirement🙆🏽♂️🤔
It's a short listing tactic
Not all jobs require cs degrees.
Ohhh god what will I do with my diploma 😅😅😢
@@Mlondi_Malinga6 A lot.
A BI-Analyst here with a law degree. 😅
How can I launch a career in software engineering?
