Totally depends on how big or small the organization is…sometimes you can get an allowance to enable you rent your own house. Mind you the city you choose also greatly affect the salary and allowance you get

Can you double check the money you said again …not adding up 3000-8000 a month when converted is 1000-2600 a month that’s not a lot of money in Canadian or USD People usually earn that every 2 weeks please clarify
It depends on where you’re from really. For those coming from the USA, UK etc it’s not a lot of money but for those coming from some other countries it’s a lot of money as it will equate to millions when converted to their local currency.

They do post about career and job vacancy on their website and if you do get hired I believe the salary is good. I don’t know how precisely you will be paid. Hello, You can get the 3 months tourist visa to come and try to find a job within that 3 months. When you get a job, the company will process a 2 yrs residence visa for you. Note: there is no such thing as green card in the UAE. Goodluck
