Merci Philippe, j'essaie de capturer des trains sur la plus longue journée de l'année, dans un délai de quelques mois, il sera sombre à 17h00 ... Pob hwyl ... Bob
Some great local Train footage Bob...on The Longest Day. Amazed you were able to capture The HST at 22.20 !! Really excellent end to a good day...best wishes...Steve.
Thanks Steve, I went out of the house just after ten, and it was quite light, by the time I'd got to the crossing which is only a few minutes away, the light was dropping fast, so I was delighted to get such a clear shot of the HST..Regards...Bob
I had to go to a local Hog Roast, where a neighbour had his collection of 14 cars in his garden, on with the registration DB4 ( on a DB 4 ) It was too hot there ! Thanks for the time you took making this clip.................Mike
Fine collection on a stunning day, so many previous June 21st's have been dull and rainy haha. I thought only the Fishguard to Cheltenham was a non-stopper with you, but I can see now this was an ECS movement...... :)
Thanks Justin....it was strange to see a 142 tear through, and how the passengers manage on a Wilmslow to Carmarthen on a 150, I just don't know.....Bob
Lovely video Bob, great images and weather. Liked the new ATW livery on the 150 unit, its an improvement as far as I can see. Superb last shot of the HST - that x920 really copes with low light conditions so well. I take it you had your machete tucked into your belt on the last clip to get through the choking undergrowth - lol! Thanks from Ken
Thanks Ken, these latest Arrival liveries are very attractive, not unlike the 68 livery. The last shot was from a foot crossing Ken, so no Machete required....Regards...Bob
Thanks both, it was ideal conditions to be out on the longest day, and it was unbelievable how well the camera captured that last clip...I was very pleased...Bob
What's 150213 commemorating? 10 glorious years of Arriva Trains Wales? I don't know what happened to the Paddington, it was 31 late leaving Paddington and 61 late at Bristol Pway.
It would appear so Andrei, doesn't time fly! It's strange with the HST, they are usually spot on when it comes to timings...still, it made an interesting shot at the end of the day...Regards...Bob
AndreiTupolev Robert Masterman There were multiple track circuit failures at Burnham that effectively shut the GWML. Stuff was being turned at Slough/Reading where possible, Hope that helps.
A very prolific day. Thank you, Bob, for sharing.
Philippe

Lucky you!...I was on the beach until mid afternoon, got sun burnt despite putting on cream, so finished the day doing something useful...:o)...Bob

What a great little station, very well kept.
The floral displays always improve the look of a station Chris, and they do a great job fair play...Bob
Great shots there Bob, thanks for sharing! Cheers, Dan
Thanks Dan, it was also good to record the semaphores before they disappear...Bob
love it Bob, the place looks so nice, I don't think the 125s get up to full speed on the pembroke line thou lol, nice video
These HST's run on Summer Saturdays David, to give people the chance to get to Tenby by train...Bob

Darker and Darker until the last train of the day that can be captured is 16.30 ...Now that's worth waiting for Austin...Bob
Robert Masterman Put like that it sounds very depressing Bob, thankfully we've still got some long days to enjoy!
