I believe the gooey texture comes from the custard filling. I baked it and the gooey was there; not really a fan

Most of the time I watch UA-cam on my phone while taking a shower or getting ready for bed. I have a few people who I watch consistently, you being first on that list. I think you are the only one that I watch that everyone in my household knows.😊 I mostly watch shop with me's or hauls to Trader Joe's and Costco so I can make a list for my Hubby to pick things up.

I would definitely put in the oven and top with some of the traditional cinnamon roll icing. Definitely worth the $9 for the size of the danish.

That was a fun taste test! As for how I watch UA-cam, I also watch while working out, Katie, but also when I'm making dinner or sometimes getting ready for work in the morning. I watch on either my iPad or laptop.

I watch on my iPad and always look forward to the Trader Joe’s videos. We don’t have an Aldi‘s around here in this part of Northern California. I still watch those videos too because I love you guys. you guys are fun to watch. Great couple. Respectful banter for the most part have a great Easter.

Katie, purple is your color. That wine is making me thirsty! I watch UA-cam way too much, mostly on my laptop. My latest trip down the rabbit hole has been the Midnight Special episodes, bringing back the music of my youth. Also, if I wake up in the middle of the night I watch city tours on my Fire tablet to lull me back to sleep. London, Tokyo, NYC, etc. Happy Easter!

9.00 is a lot, but in their defense it is a product of Denmark and their pastries are amazing and a lot of work. And they dont usually make their desserts overly sweet so not surprised they didnt ice it. My husband is from Denmark and I will say we liked it but definitely oven not microwave for us. We love your reviews.
Considering the pastry is the size of a large pizza and could easily provide 16 servings if cut up into individual portions I think $9.00 is reasonable - but for me, I avoid sugar, white flour and especially Cardiac Catastrophe gooey cream fillings. It looked very appealing in the box, but I would NEVER buy it because just having it in my kitchen cupboard would be too dang tempting to eat the whole darn box within a few days.
Always so fun to watch Katie and Tim do their taste tests - it is even more amusing than the hauls. They both have such sparkling personalities - especially Katie who could become the next Rachel Ray - Katie would be great host on a daytime tv cooking show!

That was a very interesting call and also I love bubble tea it's one of my favorite things I used to get all the time in seattle, I've never had mochi and I'm not sure how those two would go together. I always like to have a tapioca ball inside of a drink so that's a different experience for sure. As far as how I watch youtube, I just have a phone set up right now although I bought a laptop my visual impairment I haven't figured out how to set it up for myself yet so I watch everything on my phone and my favorite UA-cam videos to watch include this one of course, and a Madonna podcast that I watch to keep up so I can put my UA-cam videos together on the latest news for her, I also love to watch the professor of rock because I'm really big on music trivia, and I have a few shopping UA-camrs that I love as well. Pretty much anything and everything can be found here! Big hugs!

I watch UA-cam on TV like a reality show, lol. I follow several influencers related to my lifestyle, shopping, health and beauty and travel. My favorite influencers are you of course, PrettyNFlawed, Wode Maya, The deal guy, Bobby approved, Bargain Beauty, Trader Joe’s List, Jackie Aina, Nyma Tang and News channels like BBC, PBS, Reuters. My watching habits really depends on what I am looking for that day. ❤
I went to TJ’s yesterday, to pick up my Soups I love, I tasted the cinnamon roll, I love it. I took one home
I tasted it too and it was delicious.
Every Friday and Saturday at 5pm on my PC - hubby knows to get off the computer by 5pm!

I watch you on my tablet and time my shopping on Saturday after the taste test. It was crazy busy today. Our local HEB grocery store is closed on Easter but T.J.'s is open all day. I'm not a fan of mochi either; the texture is why.

I watch UA-cam many ways. Workout with exercise videos in the morning on my TV. In the late afternoon I watch on my iPad for recipes, makeup and skincare.
I'm sad that the cinnamon danish wasn't amazing, but at least I don't feel like I'm missing out now. I'll have to try those trackers.
I watch UA-cam on my phone. For a long time, I had the in-center portion of my chemo on Fridays, so it was perfect because then I had your hauls to look forward to. Now, I watch UA-cam as a way to relax and give my body a break to continue to recover.

Lemon juice doesn’t require the preservatives because it goes through flash pasteurization. Once you open it, overtime, if you don’t use it up, it could go bad (rancid).

I do watch a lot of reselling influencers and clothing unboxings but I love all the people who review Trader Joes and Costco items since that is where we shop for items we don't get at the grocery stores. Your channel is my favorite for Trader Joes so thanks for being here!
I work out with a YT trainer on my TV. I also follow Lee Asher, dog rescue, Provost Park Pass for Disneyland info, and of course, you. Most of these I view on my phone or laptop.

Hi, Katie and Tim! I don't like when cinnamon rolls have that raw dough taste and texture. I'd rather the pastry be slightly over done and dry rather than under-cooked. I don't care for mochi, too.
I'd like to try the cookie thins and savory cheese crisps.
I watch UA-cam on my cell phone and/or on a laptop. I have a "tv" that plays DVDs, but not regular tv.

Hi Katie and Tim! I'm eager to try the vegan cheese crackers. They look great. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I can appreciate that mochi is not for you (boba, too). I'm not a fan of boba, but I love mochi. I like it enough that I've made mochi at home. Mochi needs to have something on the outside (often cornstarch) to keep it from sticking to the package. It also seems a bit sad to have each piece of mochi in a small plastic package, but you're right - they would stick to each other. They also dry out quickly, so they would be unpleasant if they weren't individually wrapped. Best wishes to you and to Benson for a very happy Easter! Thanks for your great videos.

Brown sugar boba mochi: Have tried mochi multiple times, and I'm with Katie on the texture. Seems like they had leftovers of the instant boba kit, and thought they'd be great inside a mochi. I'll save my money and put it towards a cinnamon twist danish - which will go in the toaster oven. Might try some vanilla cookie thins on your recommendation.
Remember the Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers and the refrigerator cake people made from them? Wonder if those vanilla cookie thins would work, but using chocolate or caramel whipped cream. Of course accounting for the smaller sized cookies.
Especially lately it seems to me that "deceptive packaging" is everywhere, with contents of many things being much less than the container would indicate. I've learned to look closely at things like weight.

I watch UA-cam only at home so whatever I’m doing at home. I am a mom and a wife and I wear earbuds while I am doing whatever in the house cooking cleaning and then at the end of the night before I go to sleep I watched some UA-cam but I gotta say I have watched you guys for years, and nothing against Katie’s taste but I always seem to match Tim’s taste buds, so I think I’m gonna try that big huge cinnamon thing! 😊

I usually watch UA-cam on my phone, but sometimes I'll put it on the TV. It depends. But a lot of times, I'm watching after a long work day, my back hurts, and I want to lie on the bed for a bit to stretch it out and watch videos.
I bought the Savory Squares, and after the first one or two was not impressed. By the third one I was hooked. I am gluten-free and have missed Cheez-Its. I really thought they tasted a lot like them!

I’m here representing the mochi fans 😅. Actually bought them today. Then went to taste another one after your reviews just make sure I still liked them. Hahaha. I think they could have a bit more flavor 🧋 and less powder. But overall, they’re tasty. Love the consistency. I appreciated hearing y’all review it tho. Sadly, my TJs was out of 🍋 ricotta already. Oh yeah, usually I watch on my tv or phone when making lists on the weekends

I'm a chardonnay fan, and I agree with Tim that the Rock Station is only OK, not great. Kendall Jackson is about the same price at TJ's and better. I often watch YT on my phone on the couch next to my beagle. I've recently discovered Dalscone Farm in Scotland and really enjoy their videos!

Ya I just can’t get into mochi. No matter how many times I try it the texture does not agree with me. Tim likes mochi though, just not this product. Glad you like it!
