    Man, ac2 and brotherhood's music never ever gets old. I only played this like 4-5(?) years ago, but it still feels so nostalgic. must be something about the quality or composition.

      Comments like yours mean so much to me and motivate me to produce more since some people seem to really like them. Thank you for your compliment but there are way more talented people out there doing ambience videos with some free camera recordings and so on :)
      What are you writing right now?

    Thanks for making this, you deserve credit for putting this together. I've been playing through most of your Ezio videos (especially Ezio's Legacy) while working on my medieval warfare/medieval primary sources homework in grad school. I appreciate the scenic views and soothing music! :)

      @@Pharysz It's kind of a few different things at once. The medieval warfare homework was on the treatment of prisoners/burning of churches in the Hundred Years War. The primary source stuff was just some argumentative stuff in a few chronicles from the 1200s, and the project I mostly use your videos on is my dissertation topic on the fall of Acre in 1291. :) Very medieval and rather appropriate for Assassin's Creed I'd say! :P

      @@motomassacre6888 Man that's so funny, I just finished a book about the crusades, and of course about the fall of Acre. I love history so much, always was interested in it. Though I never had the guts to study it due to the limited job prospects. What do you wanna do after your dissertation? :)

    • @motomassacre6888

      @@Pharysz What was the book, if you can remember? I love history too, and the limited job prospects suck, but it's better than doing something I hate just for the money (imo). I'm thinking after the dissertation I'll probably try to do a PhD (or at least apply) and possibly look for history or writing related jobs, as that's what I'm good at!

    • @Pharysz

      @@motomassacre6888 It was called In Distant Land by Lars Brownworth. I liked his other work about the Byzantine Empire. It's more like "popular" history, very broad topic on not that many pages since it covers all the crusades. So in no shape or form credible for some citation haha. But since I have the freedom to do it in my free time I like to dive into many historical topics and some sort of short overview is pretty nice :)
      Plus I like the narrative tone to it. So not many primary sources, more like a retelling. I'm trying to apply for a PhD aswell later this year, I wish you good luck with your endeavors! :)

    Do you play skyrim? I've been playing that of late and love going to sleep to all tge many amazing back drops! If you use commands you can go "noclip" and fly anywhere around your character, especially handy when you don't want the camera to spin while you are idle. Never liked that feature, just annoying really. Love how assassins creed just sits in the same spot

    • @Pharysz
      @Pharysz  9 місяців тому +1

      I played it a bit a couple of months ago but got overwhelmed with all those quests. Will do an ambience video of it in the future :)
      But unfortunately I won't be able to use console commands since I play it on the PS5

    ugh whyre there ads in the middle of this

    • @Pharysz
      @Pharysz  9 місяців тому +3

      I cannot control the ads unfortunately. I do not monetize my videos since I ain't even allowed to because I do not own the copyrights to the music tracks. So I cannot do anything from my side about this nuisance, I'm sorry :/
