I really like the idea of being close to the shuttle but found the slightly run down room disappointing.
We were shocked how run down the rooms were considering this hotel is the highest rated hotel in Anaheim.

@@ALifeintheParks Of course! We would stay here again but it is far from shiny and new! You should have seen how hard we laughed when the handle came off of the refrigerator.

Hi! Thanks for sharing this review. I’ve watched a few of them and I have a question. Which Anaheim/DL hotel would you say has been the cleanest so far?
We have stayed at a lot of the hotels that have been open. We feel Homewood and Double Tree Orange are too far right now . We have had no issues with the following Motels/hotels and felt like they were spotless:
Motels:
Tropicana
Best Western + Plus Anaheim Inn
Hotels:
Wyndham (7 min walk)
Indigo (7 min walk)
Suncoast (about a 16 min walk)
JW Marriott is gorgeous but expensive (about a 16 min walk)

Exceptions:
Fairfield Inn only issue we found was hair in the bathroom. While that is a pet peeve of ours it won't rule out future stays.
Grand Legacy: We haven't stayed there in years but never had major issues there. Our suggestion is to book a room in one of the towers. The Fifth rooftop bar is located onsite and can be noisy.
We have noticed Park Vue and Del Sol Inn are now open. We have never stayed at either place.

@@monica9606 We stayed there twice and really enjoyed it. We never had an issue and their customer service was spot on. We were really happy with all of the hotels/motels in our top 5.
We are both happy you enjoyed watching the video. We started doing this because we were researching hotels and always tons of questions about the different rooms.
We know people have different expectations and different experiences and we just try to point out the pluses and minuses with each hotel without giving a review. Additionally, hotels can have off days which can affect your experience.

Really nice room tour! It's nice to see other choices near Disneyland, to bad it's a bit far for walking to the parks.
Yes! Typically you can get rooms further out but you can take advantage of the Toy Story shuttle here. The next hotel that we release is one of our favorites for how cheap it is but it is further away.

It is long but the biggest advantage this hotel has is access to the Toy Story parking lot and the shuttles. Lots of people just walk right next door, go through security, and get dropped off near the esplanade. I was going to do a walking video but 100+ degree heat and the distance swayed me away from it!
