It was quiet because, as you guys might have noticed 😊, it gets really hot during the day, so the locals tend to stay indoors. It gets a lot busier at night and the bars/clubs are always packed. WHEN was this fascinating and excellent video actually filmed? It appeared here on UA-cam in early 2024 - in February, I think. But is this February in Tirana? You speak of the intense heat. The trees are in full leaf. It looks like summer. Surely this isn't February?
