- Join me with STOL Competitor, Warren G, in his 1955 Cessna 180! We fly a few laps at a private grass strip in South Florida as Warren shows me a little bit from behind the scenes of what goes on during a STOL competition.

Did I hear Warren say he grew up in South Africa --?? Clearly a TOP GUN Pilot -- that's what you get from South Africa -- Well done Warren -- and loved the look on Schmiiiindy's face when the plane touched down SOOOO quickly -- great stuff ! ! ! !
Born and raised 🇿🇦
Grande Valentino per sempre!
Really loving some of your most recent videos, Mindy! I have always loved watching STOL competitions, but it was great to get some insight into how they do it.
valentinoo!!!
I watched him with Steve at Sun &Fun
Really cool. I love the 180. It’s nice to see such smooth landings. They should add Bonus points for the touchdown in competition. Some of the STOL landings look more like crashes.
What are you trying to say? "nothing" right answer😂You wanna try one, instant answer was a big NO🤣Its insane how quick they lift off and land, hearing that stall horn doesn't fill you with confidence😉Awesome video Mindy👍Warren is such a cool guy and he is a Valentino fan so extra cool!
Nearly stuck my foot in my mouth in that one 😳
@@WarrenGAviation 🤣
Thanks for posting great job. Great flying
Nicely done!
Awesome content.
STOL is amazing! Closest I can get to it is our STOL Competitions in Microsoft Flight Sim.
Seems to me you did a bit of STOL in Dreamcicle a few years ago? :)
Hey it's Ed here in socal great job I can see you doing this it's awesome!!! Oh ps tell your hubby the tuna are biting like crazy here in socal just saying!!!!! Lol
-You wanna try one?

Mindy, do you ever see Steveo?
No more Jet flights for Mindy??
46 is also Jimmy Johnson's number in NASCAR.
48….
cool!
He’s got to start his own channel
Its @LandingStripper
Also: warreng-180
Vale nearly the GOAT, Surtees has him beat of course.
Maybe a fuel tank in the right footwell could improve CG and balance in competition.
It absolutely could… but there is no way to do it legally in a certified airplane unfortunately
Warren: “We’re probably a little nose heavy today.” Mindy: “What are you trying to say?” 😒 👀 Warren: “nuthin.” 😳😵💫🥵
Thumbs up 👍 feeling the things not to do. 😂
You didn't get to wear one of those cool helmets :(. lol
I wish he had told us a little about that helmet
Kevin on the ground being emasculated the whole time.
Was he telling you to lose some weight, Mindy? 😃
NO!!!!!
Americans will compete at anything................looks fun
Did someone say this guy has a death wish?
I didn't know about the STOL flap configuration to v1 getting ground speed. Shortening the cord length of the wing, reaching minimum airflow for lift? Also the Johnson v electrical motor: just gets the flap to the position quicker?
Are the brakes disc cable activated?
🪃🌏
I was amazed when I learned this too. Even in STOL Competition in Sim this is so important.
Nice Aircraft but only without these ugly undercarriage 😉
Valentino Rossi fan???
Just a hipster.
