Dr Moe, is it safe to orally take reconstituted BPC-157 (bac water or serilized water)?? I'm asking since in the video it mentioned rats were given it in this manner.
Great podcast thank you!! I’m getting BMAC injection for an arthritic shoulder and labral tear. Is it safe to take BPC 157 orally at the same time or should I quit it for awhile like NSAIDS?
I would ask your provider. BPC-157 upregulates GH receptors so I would assume it would be beneficial. BPC isn't anti-inflammatory in the same way NSAIDs are.

Unfortunately my provider is in the USA so his reply was “I can’t advise on BPC 157 as it’s not an approved supplement, I will advise you to be cautious”. Unfortunately the only way to get answers is through the online “chart” where he hospital replies are probably monitored. I think I’ll schedule an appointment in person with him prior to the procedure
