The snap you hear when he pries up with the screwdriver is a plastic tab breaking. I'm sure he had to break at least one more tab on each side. There are six on each side.

My boombox's battery got puffed up, it doesn't stand flat on table and wobbles, that's how I assumed about the puffed battery. Should I get it replaced ?

man you should claim this to company as they are saying 20k mah battery but inside it is 10k. You should share this video on twitter with #jblFraud then see how quickly they will respond to your video 😜😁 I did this with flipkart also for sending me the phone with wrong specifications compared to which I ordered...
When we calculate it with 3.7V, it will get 20k mAH. It is mentioned on the battery as 10k mAH for 7.4V.

(Watt hour)/voltage = Ampere hour
74/3.7 = 20AH = 20000mAH

a late reply but those are not speakers but passive radiators and their purpose is to enhance the bass response produced by the subwoofers
