Assuming I survive the next four days, I will turn 70 this weekend, and I was going to disagree with you. I was going to say "no, it's the lungs" because that is my current experience. But then I thought about all the years I spent in karate, tai chi, and kung fu, and realized that I did, in fact, train my legs hard when I was in my 40s and 50s.
Thank you so much for these exercises, wish I could follow them, but practise makes perfect. I am 84+, my scan shows osteoporosis. I dts going to be a challenge.

I am suffering GREATLY from spinal stenosis and I will be having a spinal fusion soon as I can hardly walk or stand upright. If you can walk and run up stairs without difficulty, then YES , you are ABSOLUTELY BLESSED AND FAVORED. GOD BLESS YOU AND STAY HEALTHY and PRAY FOR ME.

In case it's helpful, singing is a really easy way to improve lungs. Or even reading aloud, if singing is too much to ask.
