Man as a manga reader who already read the entirety of demon slayer, this episode gave me literal chills!! Reading it is one thing but just watching it animated with the ost and the obviously amazing animation is like a dream come true in a way. I am personally an uzui fanboy because of the way he fights and how it all looks and seeing gyomei having a similar fighting style with the chains and weapons at the end is just pure peakness! Not only the ost and animation but the voice acting in this episode alone was beautiful and I'm excited to go see the ending trilogy of this amazing anime in theaters with the boys! the wait and anticipation alone is killing me but it'll be so worth it in the end!

in case u didnt catch it, as tamayo said, the bda with the spikes that immobilized muzan came from the man in s1 who got turned into a demon when tanjiro first met muzan. in s3, tamayo mentioned in a letter that she was able to treat that man so he only needed to live off a small amount of blood. pretty cool callback. also if u rewatch the op, youll see that ubuyashiki still has 3 other kids left.
The scene where Ubuyashiki told Muzan that he had pissed off all the Demon Slayers and that they were coming for him, was the best in the entire season imo. And the metaphor and visualization of the tiger and dragon were so lit.
I’ve purposely stayed off every social media leading up and I’ve been editing this video every minute after it’s release so I haven’t had a chance to look. Yeah I remember reading that and that now makes me think, how did she transport it? Did she bring them all with her? Or did she find a way through her blood to be able to use other people’s blood demon arts? Cause I feel like in order to use a blood demon art you have to use it and trigger it so how could the asakusa guy have done that unless she found a way to use it herself. I’m not sure about the technicalities but she definitely triggered it somehow

Send this dude to Ufotable for the Infinity Castle trilogy ‘coz what in the hell was THAT introoooooo! Mind blowing stuff. First the episode and then this. Chef’s kiss indeed! 6:30 “What do they even talk about?” (both proceed to have a 15 min. conversation over eternity and his marriage and tigers and dragons and volleyballs) 10:02 “Maybe he doesn’t have any hatred for him” (proceeds to kamikaze the whole complex alongwith his family just to kill Muzan) 16:43 Finally someone acknowledges this. All of them intentionally stayed there just to trick Muzan completely. Had the Master been the only one to be there, he’d have suspected something. Mad respect to the two daughters. I already expected Lady Amane to be by her husband’s side even in death, but the young children. They must’ve volunteered to be sacrificed for the sake of the Demon Slayer Corps alongwith their parents. Even Muzan was thinking that there were no bodyguards but was fooled by the presence of the family. Tragic but I respect them for that so much. (Also if they didn’t blow themselves up after being there Muzan could’ve potentially made him a demon and forced him to tell the location of Nezuko I guess, so it makes even more sense knowing that) 21:38 Holy shit I had more of a jumpscare from you than the actual scene lol. 22:21 That’s the accurate description. Zenitsu is LOCKED IN. The entire scene with you cursing the cliffhanger was gold. xD xD xD Even I was shocked at the cliffhanger though because there were at least 10 minutes left until the end. However, it was just credits alongwith the OST and then the full version of the opening song. 29:00 Had the exact same thought. I assumed they’re just gonna Dhalis Zachary him like the Jaegarists and then assemble the Hashira around the Master’s burnt corpse and Muzan somewhere on a pile of rubble looking down on them with the moon in background. Never could’ve had an iota of assumption that the Master would blow himself up, even though it felt weird how his last words were basically thanking Muzan. No, that dude was unfazed and unhinged. So weird yet exciting to watch Tanjiro being the angry one, the Hashiras being all rattled and Zenitsu being the one unfazed. 33:17 I think it’s kind of important from a strategic viewpoint too since every second counts until the sun rises. Not that he could’ve kept Muzan busy all night but he talked about everything he wanted to all while using up the time of night. 35:47 I can’t guess how there’s going to be any sunlight in the Infinity Castle so my guess is they’ll have to get rid of the Biwa Woman (although Muzan probably would do everything in his might to protect her). I think the dimension is definitely going to fall apart too. Imagine just getting rid of that one Biwa Woman somehow and virtually trapping Muzan and every demon in existence for all of eternity in that void dimension lmao. 40:42 Not sure, but I think the production is going to begin now. How are they going to give us a proper trailer until like…..2 months before the movie lol? 44:18 Yep. The animation director who choreographed the Upper 6 fight with Tanjiro/Tengen will be reprising his role for all the fight scenes in the Infinity Castle and Showdown arcs (last two arcs of Demon Slayer). - You can see the style already in Gyomei's Stone Breathing Style 😜 Ufotable has been given a "white" check for budget for the movies for these final arcs.... you know what that means!!! I know it was an anime only thing but now we see why Muzan didn’t trap the 2 hashiras at the beginning of the season. Why kill 2 hashiras when you can get them all and the entire demon slayer corps. This was Muzan’s plan from the beginning, gather all his demons, have Nakime locate every demon slayer corp member, and find the master. Once he found the master he went immediately to kill him, but when the hashira surrounded him he sprung his plan into action and trapped them all. We see throughout the season he didn’t go after a single demon slayer corps member until his plan was ready. We see after Mugen train that killing hashira no longer pleases Muzan, he told Akaza he wants the entire demon slayer corps dead. Muzan has grown tired of this war with the demon slayer corps, killing demon moons or killing hashiras means nothing in the long run. It’s just been a constant stalemate between the two factions. The only way this war can end is for one side to *completely* eliminate the other. That’s why Muzan waited to go after all of them at once.
Muzan wasn't sick with a curse he was just sick but his ancestors got cursed when he became a murderous demon. Ancestral curses are a thing in Shintoism so the Ubuyahski's got cursed because of Muzan
His ancestors didn't get cursed, it was his family line after him that did (ancestors are the ppl you're descended from, like great grandparents). So after he turned into a demon all the people born into his family were cursed.

in case u didnt catch it, as tamayo said, the bda with the spikes that immobilized muzan came from the man in s1 who got turned into a demon when tanjiro first met muzan. in s3, tamayo mentioned in a letter that she was able to treat that man so he only needed to live off a small amount of blood. pretty cool callback. also if u rewatch the op, youll see that ubuyashiki still has 3 other kids left.

Kagaya and Lady Amane still have 3 kids left. Also, the final arc is called "Infinity Castle Arc" so you have to assume that all the slayers would have to end up there in one way or another. I'm surprised people are surprised when that happened.

Even Muzan was thinking that there were no bodyguards but was fooled by the presence of the family. Tragic but I respect them for that so much. (Also if they didn’t blow themselves up after being there Muzan could’ve potentially made him a demon and forced him to tell the location of Nezuko I guess, so it makes even more sense knowing that)

I know it was an anime only thing but now we see why Muzan didn’t trap the 2 hashiras at the beginning of the season. Why kill 2 hashiras when you can get them all and the entire demon slayer corps.
This was Muzan’s plan from the beginning, gather all his demons, have Nakime locate every demon slayer corp member, and find the master. Once he found the master he went immediately to kill him, but when the hashira surrounded him he sprung his plan into action and trapped them all.
We see throughout the season he didn’t go after a single demon slayer corps member until his plan was ready.
We see after Mugen train that killing hashira no longer pleases Muzan, he told Akaza he wants the entire demon slayer corps dead. Muzan has grown tired of this war with the demon slayer corps, killing demon moons or killing hashiras means nothing in the long run. It’s just been a constant stalemate between the two factions.
The only way this war can end is for one side to *completely* eliminate the other. That’s why Muzan waited to go after all of them at once.
Muzan wasn't sick with a curse he was just sick but his ancestors got cursed when he became a murderous demon. Ancestral curses are a thing in Shintoism so the Ubuyahski's got cursed because of Muzan
His ancestors didn't get cursed, it was his family line after him that did (ancestors are the ppl you're descended from, like great grandparents). So after he turned into a demon all the people born into his family were cursed.
