No problem glad it could help you out. It sucks to toss out what could be a good battery because of one cell. its been a year and still going strong with this battery
I had a cell die in my 2 month old 6000mah 4s Zeee battery and i warrantied it. They sent me a new 6000 4s and they let me keep the bad 4s. Thats when i found this video and now i have a 6000mah 3s battery that was technically free(luckily mine was like yours, the outside cell). Thanks for this video 🎉🫡
Technically you could i wouldn't recommend it. It would have to be the exact same mah and c rating and you would want it to be the same age, because the cells will discharge and charge at different rates causing more issues than before. Basically you'll start chasing cells that go bad. I'm a forklift mechanic and i see customers wanting to replace 1 battery on a pallet jack instead of all 4 after a year they end up replacing all of them and then they have to replace the first one because it was damaged by the other batteries. It becomes a never ending cycle so thats why I wouldn't recommend it. I was just trying to get everything I could out of these cells it probably doesn't have much life left.
I like how nobody talks about if you separate the packs at all like create your own bubble they will no longer work son of a b**** I just f****** wasted a 6S and a 5S battery trying to figure it out but it's okay I have a whole box of them
I thought it would be simple, but it was awesome to see it done.
Cheers Bro 👍
Thanks for the information. I just got my 3s balance plugs and plan to convert an expensive 4s to 3s.

buying new battery is good option.. and throwing 3s which is good is also waste of money...like you video 👍
Thank you l, Ya I hate throwing something away that I could still use but if it was a middle cell I might have. An end cell wasn't too bad.

I didn't have that issue this battery still works great. Did you just pull them apart or use something to separate them like I did.
Honestly, it's more worth it to buy another battery in my opinion
Ya I guess I'm just cheap lol
