Hello! Anyone can go! You pay a set fee for a card (it was £35 for Mum and Dad then they added me on for £16 and I can take another person with me). It’s annual. People with business cards can get in at 10am. People with normal cards like mine from 11am xxx
It's not a monthly fee, but an annual fee. Ours here in the states is anywhere from $60 a year to $120, and I pay the $60 and you can have 1 extra person on it so I have my mom. My husband and I use to have it for our accounting business, which saved us a ton on office supplies. We've had our membership for over 30 years and it's worth it. But it's especially great for large families.
@@missescorgie9018 I live in the UK. You have to be a member of a qualifying employment group to be allowed to apply. There is a list on their website.
Some of my favorite winter Costco items in the US are their winter jackets and cozy socks. I have a winter jacket I bought there a few years ago for only $15 and while it’s not fancy or glamorous it’s very comfy and has held up well. At Christmas time they often also get festive fancy food in like tins of special biscuits, fancy charcuterie boards, and special wine deals. In the US it’s one of the only places you can buy Celebrations tins too. Last year my mom bought a giant box of stroopwafels at Christmas.
Great haul. I get to Costco every other week, especially for gas. That advent is $27.99 online through Costco here in the states, so you got a great price. When our son was young, we always bought him a few journals to draw and write stories in, and a set of nice writing pens from Costco. It's no wonder he majored in Journalism at University, but currently is a music teacher, which is his other passion. I digress😊 Again, wonderful haul, please take care sweet family across the ocean💕💕💕💕
My teachers use them organisers as they don’t have classroom any more so they use the organisers to carry their stationery around into the different classrooms
We've been to costco last week, they have amazing Christmasy things! Oh they are perfect for little presents for the kids! The play dough set is amazing and such a great price!
Brummymummyof2 you can get a trade membership, as you used to work in the education sector, but you can also get a trade membership as if you are a business owner or self employed.
Love LOVE watching Costco shop with me’s from other Countries 🥰 Ugh, I hope they do away with these “in home” restrictions before Christmas! Family IS the definition of Christmas 😭 Fingers crossed for you all 🥰

It's such a shame there's not a Costco near me really. But this has really spurred me on to get on with some of my Christmas shopping! Gosh that time of year has come around fast! Xx

I love the Christmas Village and have been trying to collect them. But I live overseas and they are a little expensive. I always beg my mom to allow me to get them (meaning, I have to borrow the money from her. Lol.) But she would pretend to not hear me. Haha!
Ooooh I love a visit to Costco at this time of year, gets me excited for Christmas! I always end up buying a couple of those towers of treats as they look so nice and then have to try and remember who I gave one to the year before 😂
Definitely give him the playdough in stages, that's what I did when I was a nanny cause every day a pot would go dry, lost or morphed in to a different colour 🤣

I think we need to renew our Costco membership! I don't think we pay VAT on the food items so they should just be the price you paid on the receipt x

Erin sounds like my almost 9 year old who is obsessed with stationary. Smuggle have their advent calendar out for £20 at the min rather than £28
You don’t pay VAT on food do you?
Generally you don't no, but there are some complicated exemptions ( e.g.) confectionery, including chocolates, sweets and biscuits, ice cream, crisps, deshelled nuts etc are liable to full VAT at 20%
You should’ve bought yourself something from the Christmas village!
Hi Emma, can anyone go to Costco or do you need to have a business membership etc :)
