This is a major scene from the 7-hours long motion picture Sátántangó, by Béla Tarr.
This scene shows up pretty early in the movie, and watching the entire movie until this point doesn't give us more information about the characters or their background than a UA-cam wanderer would have watching it here. - Фільми й анімація
Just a small (but important) clarification to the subtitles. At 4:52 the Captain says, "Freedom, however has something non-human." (instead of has nothing human)
It's funny that Captain's speak sounds like he has an accent, but then you realize he's just drunk in fact. It's more than method acting. It's pure presence.

この場面良かったな 今後の展開を示唆してた 尾ひれはひれつくけどストーリーは単純 長いとも思わなかった もう一度観たくなった
This looks epic
The Sisyphus myth would seem to express the opposition of order and freedom better than "Pericles". Captain could roll on the freebooters crushing them like bugs any moment he feels like it. A surprisingly introspective moment to be realized in cinema.

There are no captains and irimiases, the ordering is done through everyone. Captain doesn't crush anyone, he's the same organism as irimias. He just sends the chemicals for that particular cell to behave in a certain way. Noone really knows who created the blueprints for the order, that's why you have bells ringing from nowhere. I don't mean the bell ring in the film, I mean in general.
