Grand Palms Resort in Myrtle Beach - Tour & Review

- We had a great trip this summer to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We saw a lot and had so much fun. So on our fourth and final day in the area, we just relaxed at our resort. And while we did, we filmed a tour of it so we could share it with you. We stayed at Grand Palms Resort. Not only were the accomodations nice, but there was a lot going on at the resort to keep guests entertain. We will provide a room tour, a resort tour and let you know what we thought along the way!

I would keep away from any Time Shares. They are terrible! We have one and we are sorry we ever joined. Nicely appointed rooms. Yes, I love mini golf. Great pool area. I would hate to think what it would be like in peak season. I love lazy rivers. Great Grill. Thank you for taking us along Jack and Alice, have a great week.
Yes. We feel similarly about time shares. We don't have one. But we have multiple family members who do - and none of them are glad they got it. That is why we don't even agree to sit through the sales pitch. Myrtle Beach is such a great beach resort town. And this room was a great place to spend our vacation. The laundry room is a nice touch! Lots of places don't have tubs anymore which is nice to have when you have a little one! Love the arcade!

Yeah, we have never actually sat through the time share sales presentation... but we have encountered high pressure tactics to try to get us into the time share presentation - and that was bad enough. There are better things to do on vacation time than sit through high pressure sales meetings. This particular place just tried to tempt us into attending by offering us free stuff. But they weren't high pressure about it. Nice resort. Thanks for watching!

Wow, the condo looks really great! I especially love the screened porch - it's definitely something I'd love to have in my own place.

The condo looks really nice, absolutely love the screened porch. I want one of those at my house! The laundry room is nice too. Nice activity center. A s'mores event sounds fabulous! Nice they offer so much. Seems like a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach.
I would have liked to stay at this condo for a month to take in all there is to do in Myrtle Beach. We really only scratched the surface on our four day trip. If we had stayed longer, I definitely used the kitchen if we had stayed longer to save money. But with only a few days in town, we wanted to try as many of the local restaurants as we could fit in. That leaves plenty to do on a future trip, I suppose. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Love the colors in the condo. I noticed Dig Dug and a pinball machine in the arcade- nice old school games! The indoor pool looked like it was a nice size. Also great to see a hot tub, not all hotels/resorts have them anymore. The gym was quite impressive. The outdoor pool looked awesome! The Polynesian Pool Party sounds like a lot of fun. This resort really has a lot to offer. Great review as always!
This resort definitely seems like a great option, especially for longer term stays.

Love that waterfront... nice resort.. yeah, we don't typically do the timeshare presentations... find it too much time wasted from the vacay and most of those (unlike Disney's) tend to be so much pressure, pressure, pressure... love having a kitchen and all the fixings while on vacay... nice villa... having laundry is super helpful... great pool and lazy river too... thanks guys!

I would love to visit myrtle beach someday! Looks like lots to do. Good tips on the time share promotions. I don’t do well with high pressure presentations 😂 nice and spacious room and I love how vibrant the colours are. Beach vibe is so nice. Cool nightstand lights too. Nice kitchen area. wow and a washer and dryer! Love the screened in porch and views. Looks like a great spot to stay at. Arcade looks fun. Lovely pools and splash pad! So many great amenities. Rosalie has been begging me to to the east coast area. We’ll have to stop at Myrtle Beach. You guys are the King and Queen of the hotel tours. When I do it I think of you guys - just not as food 😃.
With the pandemic, daily room cleaning seems to be a thing of the past. Having a laundry room is a huge plus. Attraction Brochure is how we plan 🤣. Really cool place.
This does look fantastic guys with so much to see and do and nice that you saw your friend in the area as well . The place you stayed at looked great with a lot to do and I would definitely have not gone to the sales mtg ! Wise advice to read into any time share properly. So good that there is a gym and an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub and lots of activities, I would love the fire dancing show 😃It looked great from your tour 👍~ Anna

LOL timeshares.. I've been to a few presentations.. definitely need a strong will to say no. Thanks for the resort tour, looks cozy in the Grand Palms condo! Always a plus to have plenty of amenities.. swimming pool and arcades 🙂
Such a lovely hotel. The room is gorgeous! Your videos always look so professional and polished. Mastercraft! During a Gatlinburg trip in 2018, I got really drunk on moonshine before attending a timeshare presentation. I signed on and frantically canceled when I sobered up the next morning. Never again.

We have never been to Myrtle. One day we will make it there. Nope, I don’t like the idea of free gifts in exchange for high pressure sells. It was a nice condo though. Love that it was a condo so it was like an apartment. Can’t meet that. Plus looks like they had a lot to do. Love the pool area. WOW! That was quite the fitness center. Nice that they offer a shuttle.

This condo was so nice. I would stay there for a month if I could afford it. LOL. Myrtle Beach is a great vacation spot. We were only there four days but I think the videos we put out capture how much we really enjoyed it all. Such a beautiful place. Yeah, we don't do timeshare presentations. We stayed at a resort in Vegas once where they literally bothered us once or twice a day the whole time we were there trying to get us to sit through their sales presentation. It was totally unnecessary. Pushiness just makes us even more determined to keep saying no. LOL. Thanks for watching and commenting!
This resort looked great but the hard sell on timeshare gets old fast, it’s not the 80’s anymore.
The pool was a great size and the fitness room looked nice to walk through 😂
I don't think I would like to waste our time on vacation to look at the timeshare presentation, you could do that online oh, I don't think I would like timeshare at all for any reason anyway.
