Thanks for the overview!
First video I’ve come across Ian- thank you for producing it……I have just bought the same Keystage and will use it solely for iOS and play live. The bundle of software is not for iOS, I guess 😞 but bought Gadget 3 and already had Module. Thinking of getting the Odessei app and possibly iWavestate.
Thanks, just got the Wavestate for the PC
Pretty sure that the USB audio/midi is class compliant - therefore you don’t need any drivers… that’s what allows its audio interface to work with an iPad.
You need the drivers for Windows audio but not for midi
@@IanDixonTDL Is that a Windows problem or a Korg problem?
@@zzrwood Its a Windows issue, in the future (later this year) I think Windows will include the driver.
Is that Bluetooth midi compatible?
I don't think it is
You can use a Bluetooth 5 pin midi dongle 👍
good point, I have one of them and they work well
The 49 key version can't hold a laptop. I have a 13inch m1 macbook air and even that tiny laptop is too big for the baby sized stand that comes on the 49 key version. Only works with a tablet.
You are right, I use a tablet but now moved my Solina module on to it.
61 key version can hold up to 14" macbook pro i guess - mine 16" is too big, dont feel safe.
